A loyal patient for 4 years, never complained, never had an outstanding balance, I received a certified letter from Dr Crocker telling me I needed to find a new dentist, that their«practice philosophy» could not accommodate my dental needs? What does that mean? You can’t fill my cavities or clean my teeth? This letter came a week before a long awaited appointment I had, which they cancelled. When I called the office and left a message for Dr Crocker to call me with an explanation, she failed to do so. I plan on retrieving my dental records as well as my Sons, and will be informing all the friends I referred to her of her unprofessional behavior.
