Terrible service.
I came in with a problem on my phone. Basically, if you press the power button, the phone turns off permanently for a few hours. I told the cashier this and asked if they could help, being careful not to touch the power button.
She promptly grabs the phone from me, presses the power button a few times, then hands it back and says they «don’t do that».
So now my phone is dead, maybe forever.
