I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6 Plus very badly. Initially, I was worried as I thought I would have to send it in to get it fixed and would be without a phone for a few days. However, I made a great decision to bring my phone into Fix Mobile instead and in no more than 15 minutes I had a new perfectly functioning screen on my phone. Joe and his staff are great. They were attentive to all my needs and questions. Overall it was a great experience and if I break my phone again I know I’ll bring it to Fix first.

We dropped 2 devices off in Durham for repairs for our son. A Kindle and Beats Pill. After several months and follow ups (first time they did not write down our phone number) we were told that that neither could be repaired and that a replacement Kindle was being ordered and that the Beats Pill would only work when plugged into power. All acceptable responses except for the need for constant follow up. We followed up several more times with no resolution so my wife went to pick up both devices. The plan was to replace the Kindle ourselves and use the Beats Pill as is. When we got home it was discovered that the Beats Pill was also completely disassembled in the box and now unusable. They had from thanksgiving 2015 until February 2016 to figure this out.
Poor follow up, poor service, poor resolution… poor review.

I had recently brought my phone here for water damage. After the owner took it apart and dried it out for me, he was able to get it to turn back on! I am not tech savvy, so I appreciated how they took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through how to back up my phone for a future reference. I have also brought my phone here in the past for a cracked screen replacement, as they have the best prices in the area. I get good customer service and good quality work done every time I have gone to them. I highly recommend using fix mobile for any computer or phone repairs you may need!
