Overpriced! Will not buy here again. Is it even yogurt? What is it? There isn’t any nutritional info or ingredients on their website.

Frozen yogurt was okay, not particularly bad, but not the best either. The cashier, on the other hand, was super rude. I would actually not go back just because of her.

Oh Frozia, I like your concept but you disappointed me. I am a froyo fan, even though it isn’t cool to eat it anymore I keep going to different parlors and trying all the different flavors. On a walk around Southpoint I decided to treat my two sisters with a nice cold frozen yogurt. The system here is self-service for froyo and toppings and you pay per weight. I was not too crazy on the toppings like one of them but the total for all three cups was $ 12,50. I only had Vanilla and Chocolate, both were fat and dairy free. I couldn’t find any tart/original yogurt option, which I think it’s funny. None of us really enjoyed it, the flavors were not tasteful. Not sure I would come back here with so many ice cream/froyo options around Southpoint.

First I will start off by saying the yogurt is DELICIOUS. Unfortunately, it is very overpriced. Self serve yogurt is the new«fad» with a variety of toppings. However, unlike most places which offer a variety of sizes –this place only offers giant-sized cups. Yep — this forces you to really fill them up without even realizing it and then after you add the toppings you are pretty much left with a trough of yogurt that is pretty expensive. We spent over $ 28 for 3 yogurts! Also they don’t have lids or bags. Leaving the mall one night, we wanted something sweet to take home and it was quite a feat without a lid or without a bag to get it home. However, it’s really yummy — just be careful with your portions and you will be happy!

Frozia is located in sort of a hidden spot beside Sears on the lower level of the mall; leaving you to play hide and seek if you are really looking for some froyo inside of the mall. However, this is also sort of awesome because you never have to wait… ever. Waiting behind 9 people for a quick fix just does suit. This statement serves for anywhere else you might venture to in the food court area. Being a mall employee, it’s nice to run & get a tasty treat without the wait. There are tons of toppings to choose from, similar to any other yogurt place. I am a sucker for loading mine with brownie bites & caramel, so my only complaint is that one time they were out of caramel(y’all need to keep an eye on that!!!). Otherwise place is great, staffed by 18 yr olds that are friendly and mall employees get a discount, so I’ll be back

I rate yogurt shops on the quality of their tart yogurt. This shop’s tart yogurt was visibly watery.

This place kind of freaked me out. Self serve yogurt and toppings in the middle of the mall? It’s situated like a small enclave, not even a room so anyone can just walk by and run their fingers across the bar no problem. I saw kids running up and grabbing toppings with their hands and running away. One little boy rubbed his nose and then went for the toppings. So, why did I even buy this stuff? Because my kids were counting on it and I didn’t want to ruin the evening. And obviously I have assertiveness problems. The yogurt was okay-nothing special enough that I would risk getting a Strep infection for.

I was very excited to see more self serve frozen yogurt places pop up in the area, including Southpoint Mall! I decided to try this place because I had actually had great experience with other self serve places. Let’s just say that Frozia was a little bit underwhelming. There weren’t too many options of froyo to pick from and I didn’t really like the taste of the froyo. The flavors I got were mango, strawberry, tart, and cake batter. The cake batter was actually good, but the others I didn’t like. One out of four is a little scary, especially for froyo. Maybe it wasn’t as good because it’s new? Although I wasn’t impressed, I hope that they will improve and be more of a success!

Bf and I stopped by here this afternoon after taking in a movie because I got an advertisement in the mail saying they were giving away free froyo this weekend. Sure enough, they were herding people in to try it out for free. I hate to hate on something that was a gift, but bf and I agree that this froyo was bad. We tried several flavors that were pretty terrible before committing to just chocolate and vanilla as the best out of all the options. The toppings were«meh.» The cone pieces are WAY better at Moonberries. Also, I had to ask what something was(it was chocolate cookie pieces) because I couldn’t even tell from looking at it. Needless to say, we were glad we got to try this out for free because we would have been very upset to pay money for this. Neither of us finished our free treats. If you want quality frozen yogurt in the same vicinity, please go to Graffiti or Moonberries instead! Either of those options are SO much better as far as ambiance, quality of froyo, and toppings.

So excited to have a self-serve froyo place in Southpoint! Had vanilla with strawberries — it was really good, extremely thick and creamy. The topping bar is not huge, but has all the basics including my favorite mini M&Ms.

Frozia is a new yogurt shop that recently opened in Southpoint Mall. It’s kinda hidden in the same alley as Sear’s. The location is relatively small, but they have a good selection of flavors. The operation is similar to the other froyo places. You grab a bowl, select your flavors, add toppings, weigh and pay according to weight. There are miniature cups available so you can sample the flavors(free samples. yayy!!) My absolute favoriteeee is the Acai Berry flavor. I’ve never had acai-flavored froyo before and it was delicious! I’m pretty sure I can name this my ALL-TIME favorite flavor! I’m from Charlotte and none of the yogurt places around here have Acai yogurt. Human nature to want what you can’t always have, right? I recommend trying the blueberry and mango as well. Those were also delectable. The downfall is that I ALWAYS get pomegranate, but the one here tastes artificial and powdery. Also, there is a very limited selection of toppings. The fruits were not at all fresh, which is not the greatest business move for a new establishment. Overall, pretty decent yogurt place. Hopefully they will improve with time.
