Y’all need to get your act together, you are in no way up to par compared to the other jimmy johns. I don’t know if its the owner or the crappy staff they continue to hire. But y’all really don’t care about your customers. Your slow, and I wouldn’t be surprised if you contaminate the food of anyone who complains. THANKSFORTHEHORRIBLESERVICE.

I have ordered from this Jimmy John’s three times in the past several months; one of those times was an online order, and the other two were take-out orders. I ordered the same thing each time, the 8-inch tuna sub sandwich with chips and a drink. All three times it has been a different price! Yesterday my order was $ 7.94 and today for the same exact meal it was $ 8.05. Most people may not care about and 11-cent difference, but that is not the point. The point is this restaurant does not operate with any consistency and charging me three different prices with little to no explanation as to why is extremely shady in my opinion. Therefore, I will go to Subway next time since it is next door.

Food is good, however the customer service needs to greatly improve. I walked in and was the only customer with about 10 workers. No one greeted me or looked my way. I stood up at the register for a good 30 seconds before a worker from the back(who had to walk by about 8 employees) came up front and told the cashier he had a customer waiting. The cashier took my order and never said anything. I gave him my payment and he gave me my change and again he did not speak. When I was given my sandwich the worker just handed it to me. Apparently Jimmy Johns could care less about customer service. If I go to Jimmy Johns again it will be a different one.

NOT freaky fast. While I enjoy Jimmy John’s as a franchise, I’ve had my fair share of negative experiences with this location. I’ve ordered delivery from this location for the past three years and I’ve noticed a lower quality here than from others. For example, my delivery driver tonight was snippy with me both over the phone and when I picked up my sandwich. I’ve also had several of my sandwiches made incorrectly; I’ve even had someone else’s sandwich delivered to me, My major complaint with this Jimmy John’s is that it’s delivery time is often SLOW. They don’t live up to their company’s slogan and while I generally enjoy their subs, I do not enjoy the delivery experience.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They are EXTREMELYDISRESPECTFUL! I can’t believe how horribly I was just treated by a Jimmy Johns. We order Jimmy Johns all the time at our company. We try to avoid using this Jimmy Johns just for these reasons, but its less than .07 miles away. They have AWFUL customer service. All of the people I have come in contact with at this particular store has an attitude problem. They either don’t get your order right when your standing right there and refuse to fix it or they take an hour to get to the delivery site! Which is less than a mile away, it’s just sad. Today however, I could no longer hold my tongue. I ordered my food before a lunch break, with plenty of time for it to get there before it started. The guy who took the order was very nice, but never took a name and I paid with a credit card over the phone. He said the guy would call me once he got there. 45 minutes later, I have still heard nothing and decide to call and see what is taking so long, I admit I was annoyed. However I just wanted to understand where my food was. After calling twice I got an answer the guy was just leaving with the food… Freaky Fast? NO. They can no longer use that title if it takes an hour to go down the street. The guy on the phone was not understanding of my complaint and proceeded to curse and yell at me on the phone, it sent me over the edge when he threatened to cancel my order and hung up on me, it was an extremely unprofessional experience and showed the lack of maturity in the people working at this store. You don’t yell at a customer, it always makes things worse! So the delivery guy finally shows up and I ask him what number I can call that is above the person I just talked too, He looked at me said that’s the only number and then began to have an even bigger attitude. All and all this Jimmy Johns is WORTHLESS. Yes I’ll still eat at Jimmy Johns but this one will not get any business from the 3 companies I own. The only reason I will continue to eat at Jimmy Johns is because of the wonderful person I talked to from customer service for all Jimmy Johns, he not only called the owner but also the regional manager and the followed up with me later to explain that the problem was taken care of! Jimmy Johns is great but this Jimmy Johns NEEDS A GIANTATTITUDEADJUSTMENT, or some new workers.

This is a place I usually order from because they deliver late to my job. On this particular night myself and a coworker ordered around midnight and I immediately received a confirmation email. I waited about 30 minutes without a call for the delivery. When her sandwich came she asked about mine and he told her they were not making anymore sandwiches. This really upset me because not only did this place allow me to order online and then take my money but they did not call to let me know my sandwich would not be made!!! I called and instead of someone answering and saying«sorry, we’re closed», someone picked up the phone and hung up. Luckily I have friendly coworkers that shared their food with me because I would have starved for 12 hours. I am thoroughly dissatisfied… and I have to wait 5 – 7 business days for a refund…

Worst customer service ever. We’ve had terrible experiences with this store in the past but this time will be our last. It took over an hour and a half to get a delivery order and we live less than 5 minutes from the store. Called 4 times and never got anywhere with the manager. I finally asked for my payment to be voided and they wouldn’t do it. We love Jimmy Johns sandwiches but will not be ordering from this store again.

I worked at a JJs forever and I can honestly say that the service here is terrible. It always takes an hour to get my food, there’s never a napkin in the bag, and instead of the driver meeting me at the door, I always have to walk to him. When it was snowing he didn’t even get out of his car. The sandwiches are sloppy, the bread tastes old(I should know), and they’ve gotten my order wrong to boot. And DAMN I love those sammies, this makes me so mad!

Jimmy Johns subs are delicious, no doubt. But the 9th street Jimmy Johns is far too slow to even claim the chain’s «freaky fast» motto. When I’m at school, deliveries often take upwards of an hour, whereas at every other Jimmy Johns I have ordered from delivers within 15 – 20 minutes. The restaurant’s best quality is that it’s fast, and the food isn’t really worth waiting this long for. Note that its deliveries are much faster at night than during the day.

I’m reticent to write this review, as I have had good experience with this location in the past. However, today I was in need of some sustenance while stuck at work. I called Jimmy John’s at 2:08, placed my order, and was told that it would arrive in 30 minutes. Clearly, this was not fast enough to stop a house from burning as their ads would suggest, but I figured it was reasonable, since the delivery guy had an entire mile to travel to get to me. Fifty six minutes later, I got the delivery call. He had forgotten to bring the drink, but offered to get it and bring it back in five to ten minutes. Twenty nine minutes later, I was feeling thirsty, and called about the drink. The driver informed that he was sorry. He was feeling«spacey» today, and would bring that drink(or the money) in ten more minutes. I said the drink would be fine(though I really wouldn’t mind getting my near 40% tip back). It is now 25 minutes after the last drink request, and one hour, fifty minutes after my initial call. I just got a call from the driver saying he was really sorry, and he just now remembered

Decent sandwiches at decent prices. At this point, my friends and I are virtual regulars at Jimmy Johns, despite never setting foot in the store. Instead, we order, courtesy of Duke’s Merchants on Points system. Delivery times ranging between 20 minutes-1 hour. For me one medium sized sandwich or even half could be a whole meal. The veggie sandwich is a standard order amongst my friends, though my boyfriend is fond of the ones with bacon. Chips are decent. The cookies are quite soft as well. Good for lunch, dinner or even(unhealthy college habits!) a late night snack.
