When I first met John, I was thinking that he was just a vitamin salesman. After getting to know him and how he does business, I can say that John is more of a health consultant who practices what he preaches. Being into fitness myself, it is pretty easy to buy into the healthy lifestyle that John espouses, but after consulting with John I determined that my good eating eating habits were not as consistent as I thought.
