Mattress Firm Southpointe

Don’t waste your time here gone in two times and the sales rep were very unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable. I’ll take my business elsewhere to a company that values it.

My husband and I put a bunch of wedding money into a fancy new mattress. About a year later, we were both waking up with mangled backs, sore hips, and limbs that had fallen asleep. A mattress inspector confirmed that the mattress was defective.
I won’t bore you with the drama that ensued with Macy’s.
Instead, I’ll tell you that we went to Mattress Firm and were helped by the manager, Stacy, who was an absolute pleasure. We decided on what we wanted pretty quickly, but there were some budget concerns, and Stacy worked with us to get the bed of our dreams (get it?) without losing sleep (again!) about the price tag.
Stacy was the only one working, so there were a couple times when she would have to leave us for another customer and we ended up waiting a pretty long time. The errand took much longer than expected, and we actually ended up having to leave for dinner and come back! Because of this, Stacy displayed impeccable customer service and deducted our dinner bill from our bill at Mattress Firm.
I hope never to have to go back, but that’s only because I want my bed and mattress to last forever.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning to pick out a new set of mattresses. I was assisted by a very helpful sales rep named Liz. She paid careful attention to what I said I was looking for, and even though I didn’t really know what I wanted, she managed to help me find it anyway! Very cool. I felt like I got a good deal, and the transaction was really quick. Amazing how fast you can spend $ 800. :)
Watch out for the delivery fee — they have same day delivery, but you pay through the nose for it. If you schedule a few days out, it’s significantly cheaper.
