I purchased a box spring from sleepys. I had changed my address while in the store. They only changed it on my billing and not the delivery. The box spring was delivered to an old address. It gets worse. After calling multiple times to resolve the issue I find out the sales person who less than a week after me buying this is no longer with the company. She also only ordered 1 piece of a split box spring. So I decided to cancel the order. Corporate called me and said I have no choice but to take the order. They took it upon themselves to schedule the delivery and it was coming. There’s nothing I can do. Never use this company. I will not even be here the time they will be delivering this. I am a single parent with 2 disabled children, work full time and I am in college full time. I don’t want to work with this company and I will not even be home to accept/​refuse the delivery.

I live in NH but I’m moving to Chapel Hill in less than a month. I need to purchase two mattresses as soon as I arrive so I called Sleepy’s. I spoke to a very nice gentleman named Calvin who was extremely knowledgeable about all my issues and concerns on what mattress was right for me. We have a Sleepy’s here which has a very low rating but I read their reviews here and decided to call. I look forward to purchasing my mattresses here!

Had a great buying experience here with Rocky. Helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating! We got a great deal on a really good mattress– a locally made, environmentally friendly mattress, at that. There were no games or bs, just a good price and a lot to choose from.

Sleepy’s saves the day! After Macy’s completely screwed up my mattress delivery and didn’t even seem to care about it, I went to Sleepy’s. I needed a nice but affordable full size mattress with low-​profile boxspring and I needed it fast, in time for holiday guests. The salesperson was great and hooked me up with a pillow-​top mattress set made in North Carolina! I had the set delivered in just a few days. Delivery cost $ 99, which may seem steep, but the delivery guys came during the promised time window and were very efficient and professional. I am a happy customer.
