Roma Pizza Shop

I’ve been waiting for this place to open for a while. It’s right next to the gym so after working off some calories, I can gain them back. Haha.
Price: More expensive than a chain but pretty in like with your other pizza spots like Randys.
Atmosphere: Decent for a pizza place. It’s a new spot and it’s more than I expected. Not special but very clean. There was a young man at the door handing out menus while you wait in line. That was a nice touch.
Speed: Even though they were packed, I was able to order my pizza, go grocery shopping next door and be out in 20 mins.
Taste: The pizza smelled great in the car. I couldn’t wait to eat it. I order a half meat half deluxe pizza. They were generous with the toppings. The pizza tasted okay probably smelled much better than it tasted. It wasn’t nasty but it wasn’t great either. It was missing something. I didn’t care for the crust. It was crispy or even hard in some places. Maybe it baked too long?
Would I go back? Probably to try a sub or maybe even pizza with a coupon. More people ordered subs than people were ordering pizza. I probably should’ve paid attention to that but I wanted pizza.
They are still fairly new and things will likely improve over time. For now, I won’t be back until I’m craving a cheesesteak and fries.

Really good pizza! We are so excited to have a great pizza place less than a mile from our house! Fresh toppings and crisp dough. This is the best pizza place around here!
The only down side is how busy they were! We tried calling several times but no one answered. We had to drive down there and order in the shop and wait… Not ideal but the pizza was worth it!

The food is really good — pastas and pizzas and salads are all great for this price range.
The staff is very friendly and prompt to assist.
***Wait times can be a little long but they are just opening so it might take awhile before they get kinks ironed out. Definitely recommend for take-​out, not dine in.
The restaraunt is very clean and tidy — more of a café table and chairs setting with very bright white fluorescent lights that are a little harsh at night. Absolutely the best spot to grab food in this area. Give Papa Johns a rest and Check them out!
