I’ve been to this location twice. It’s not been good. The first visit a year ago, they somehow mischarged my insurance twice, and then forgot to change for my husbands visit. It was a mess to sort and the front desk staff acted like it was my fault that they double swiped my card. We went back today because the eye exam was solid and for sheer convenience. My appointment was at 11:30, and they didn’t bother even having me sign paperwork until 11:50. I asked exactly how long it would be before I would be seen, and they said that it would be at least 15 mins longer and this is a «medical office.» Frankly after texting, emailing, and calling five times you’d think they would keep their commitment to the time rather than taking every walk in that came in. So they won’t get my business because they cannot seem to honor their commitment to the customer.

I recently visited the Eye Center to get my eye exam/contact lens prescription. There was very little wait time and the staff was nice. This is a very fast-paced place, so the doctor was polite enough, but pretty quick and to-the-point. No problem for me, though, as I just wanted to get in and get out. The entire process took less than 45 minutes. If you don’t mind fast-paced, then you’ll like this place as well.
