Good quick service, online forms they actually use, and lots of appointment reminders. I had to walk-in one evening during a trial for contacts because the first brand I was in was giving me a headache. They managed to fit me in between other patients. From walk-in to having a new trial pair of contacts in under an hour without an appointment on a busy day.

Amazing Manager! She leads a group with great customer service. No surprises in charges. I really enjoyed my visit here.

Very good customer service and nice eye doctor. Not a huge selection of glasses at reasonable prices. If I didn’t have vision insurance I would take my prescription and buy glasses online or at a big box store.

Recently went for my annual eye exam. While there was a slight change with my prescription my provider(Dr Glover) suggested I may want to wear my glasses full time. Something I am a little resistant to do. I use to have extremely poor vision as a child until I had RK surgery in ’91. Best thing i’d ever done. But alas, old(er) age is creeping in and normal aging has begun. I only wore my glasses occasionally but Dr. Glover explained the rationale as to why i need to wear them more often. So, I am heeding his advice. Dr. Glover is very knowledgeable and ‘tells you like it is.’ Plus, he’s hip(i love his bowtie) and refreshing to have as a professional. And he explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Following my exam I met with Hassan, who was extremely patient while i tried to pick out new frames. I am horrible at making decisions, but he stuck with me. For what may have seemed like forever to him. Not once did he seem frustrated with my waffling of lenses. He also asked on of the receptionists to help me decide. I was told it’d take 10 days for my lenses to come in. Took less than a week — 6days! Upon my return to pick up my lenses the eye care professional was also very helpful and genuine. Last year, was the first time I work progressive lens and it was a hard time for me to adjust to them. I had to have three separate visits to get the lens to where I could use them. They never balked at me and were patient with me! So that, is only one of the reasons why I will be a repeat consumer!

My experience at MyEye Doc was very good. The Dr.(Dr. Glover) was the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Patient, thorough, clear in explanations. The staff were all helpful. Hassan was low pressure, friendly and competent. Easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. I recommend them. Good place.

Great hours, very limited wait. Always seen by Dr. Glover. He’s a great optometrist who is very personable. He remembers what our last conversations were about even if its been almost a year. I’ve enjoyed working with all of the staff. They are pretty good at getting you any and every discount available, even if you don’t have insurance. Personally I was a bit disappointed in the selection of women’s frames due to their color and prints/designs. Even if I don’t purchase frames in this store I still rate this place a 4 star and will return!

I’m surprised this location isn’t listed on Unilocal!I’ve gone to Eye Care Associates’ Southpoint location for two yearly eye exams now and both have been good experiences. I am always seen in a timely manner, Dr. Glover is personable and his staff is friendly. You can’t really ask for much more in an experience that requires you to read tiny letters from a distance.
