Wendy’s

This place is horrible! On two different occasions I went here and my chicken sandwich was raw. Lazy employees!

Why is it that most Wendy’s employees can never get simple things right? I have had multiple times of bad service here. I have ordered coke and gotten diet coke… I’ve also ordered large cokes and gotten medium… I ask for no ice and get ice… I ask for ketchup aftering having to get their attention and I get attitude… Please Wendy’s just hire smart respectful people and train them properly. A monkey could do this job better.

Much better today. I even had to wait for fresh spicy chicken nuggets. The associate at the window was very polite. I appreciated it and the hot and fresh food.

I usually do not go to fast food restaurants, for various reasons. I had been to this Wendy’s before, but never experienced poor customer service. The only reason I decided to go was because my children and I were leaving from the doc and they were going to miss lunch at school. The guy in the drive thru had a horrible attitude. He did not say hello, how are you doing, thanks for visiting Wendy’s or anything. And probably because he was so focused at being ill mannered, he forgot to give me my receipt. When you are dealing with customers firsthand, you must be skilled with excellent customer service. If you aren’t, it makes the entire company look bad. He got an F– today and needs to tighten up.

This review is mainly based on my drive-​thru experiences at this location. I don’t think its ever been a time that I received luke-​warm fries. they are always hot and not overly salted. The lettuce is always fresh and crisp on my sandwiches. It’s a perfect location between my job and home. I grab food on the way home from the office especially when I don’t plan to cook. Customer service is great at the drive thru. I’ve never dined in.

I usually don’t do Wendy’s but thought I’d stop by yesterday for lunch, went through the drive through. Gave my money to a young lady who said, «thankyouforcomingtoWendy’shaveaniceday.» I got the idea that my presence was interfering with her day. Then had to wait for my order nearly 10 minutes and when it was given to me they hadn’t included the fries. Then after getting home in about 5 minutes, the fries were on the cold side. Probably won’t do this particular Wendy’s again.

I’ve always been a fan of their chili; but, today we stopped by to try their new Fish Sandwich and Sea Salted Fries, after seeing them on a TV advertisement. Pretty cheap lunch; but, this is a really good fish sandwich. It’s cod and very light & flaky. The new fries are better than most fast-​food fries and all-​in-​all, this was a good change from the regular lunch offering. I’ll try it again… Wendy’s is baaack!
