Don’t even deserve 1 star! Worst restaurant I have ever been in! Flies everywhere, nasty sticky tables, food won’t cooked all the way! Horrible experience! Not one time but twice! Will NEVER EVER GO BACK! The zaxbys on hillsborough road is the best zaxbys around!!!

I’ve got nothing bad to say about Zaxby’s. You’ll get exactly what you expect, tasty chicken at a pretty decent price, served pretty quickly. A solid option if you’re tired of the normal fast food places.

Yes, yes and yes. If you have never been to a Zaxby’s make it a point to check this one out. Great food. Clean dinning area and the staff actually smiled. The location is fairly well hidden but it is worth the extra effort.

Saw they had bad reviews but had to stop as I am a zaxby or raising canes obsessed eater. Didnt write a review after my 1st stop but now on my 2nd visit here it is. 1st visit was good just as Zaxby should be. Now the 2nd visit was perilous as the whole block had just lost power.
The manager informed us that there was only 1 fryer working but went into the kitchen and worked hard to get orders out. Now to me that is great service as they could have tried to see us only Zalads or grilled chicken.
Yes we had to wait a bit longer but it was great!!!
And OMG, I just love Zax sauce

First I will start off and say we waited in the drive-​thru 20 or more mins for our order. Had I been driving I would have gotten out of line, but we were «stuck» as we had already paid. Got the order and pulled off only to look at my sandwich and see it was chicken strips and not the grill sandwich I ordered. Yeah, that was my first and last time going there. I will stick with Chick-​fil-​a next door.

If you like chicken this is a decent franchise experience. I like the salads — good size portion and pretty fresh. The service at this location though is slow with very limited enthusiasm from the cashiers. Smiling is nice, right? Plus it took 2 trips back to the counter to get our order complete. The worse part of my dinner the other night was the music which kept cutting in and out. It was so annoying. The staff acted oblivious.
