Had dinner here tonight with my family. We ordered an assortment of dishes. Some were really good, some were just good and some not so much. I had the salt & pepper shrimp which was good. The shrimp was just a little fishy. I also had the wonton soup. It wasn’t like the wonton soup I get in Texas, but I liked the addition of the bok choy and snow peas. The pieces of pork were generous. It was better with a bit of hot mustard. My son had the General Gau chicken and he really liked it. He had to make himself stop eating before he exploded. My dad had the sweet and sour pork. The pieces of pork were huge, but he thought the flavor was bland. On the other hand, my brother-in-law thought it was good. My sister really enjoyed her orange beef. She raved about it. Before ordering, she asked if they used MSG because she has a bad reaction to it. The waiter said they did NOT use MSG, but she was feeling the effects of it later. We also ordered the Marco Polo and we all thought it was great. I’d go back.

We love Tsang’s. They are friendly… errr friendly in their own way, after you get to know each other. Their food is good, tho I think certain dishes shine. I eat gluten free, so I have a limited selection of dishes I feel safe with. Minced chicken w pine nuts(aka chicken lettuce wraps) is Ahhhmazing. The Singapore noodles are delicious. Not greasy. I sub out chicken for the traditional meats, but that’s just me. We also enjoy the chicken w vegetables in white sauce. Lots of fresh, crunchy veggies! We dine in on occasion, but typically order take out. Either one is Lightning fast!

I would really like to make this a 4 star but cannot. I’ve been hitting Tsangs since they opened in the adjoining town a million years ago. They hit a nice demographic here on Station Street and have been very successful. Wish the food was like the old days though. Stopped in with my oldest and he’s a huge fan of crab rangoon. I’ve never been a fan but they do an OK job with it. We also had some pan fried dumplings. It’s all about the texture of the dumpling and spice on the filling. This fell short. We added sesame chicken and beef lo mein. I didn’t eat the chicken but the noodles were just OK. I used to order a spicy beef with noodles that was insanely well crafted. The service is great and love the family. Wish the food could match.

My family has been eating here for as long as we’ve lived in Duxbury(15 years) and always really liked it. However, my sister and I had an unpleasant experience with our server last night when we came in for dinner. He was rude, mumbled into his notepad, rushed us the entire meal, forgot to bring us tea that we ordered, and then proceeded to apply a 20% gratuity to the bill. Overall he made us feel unwanted in the restaurant and like we were supposed to reward him for this. I don’t want to deter people from going here, hence the 4 stars, but I do hope someone from the establishment sees this and takes steps to improve the service.

I gotta say: Tsang’s was on their«A» game last night. Maybe they got a new chef? The Boneless spareribs were meaty, the egg roll was nice and soft(not too crispy), the beef teriyaki was tasty, and the crab rangoons were some of the best I’ve ever had. The lo mein and pork fried rice were also very good. As you can tell, we are on a diet. I did not try the Egg Foo Yung that my parent’s ordered because I never cared for that dish. I’m not sure why it’s called a café. Do they even serve coffee? Anyway, I’ve been here several times for take-out and this time was clearly the best. Keep it up!

Very good Chinese food. Unfortunately I can’t eat the beef chow mein and the pad thai because of a food allergy.

Tsangs is a decent Chinese restaurant overall nothing world shattering for sure. I have gotten both takeout and dined in and it is a pleasant experience. The food quality is about a 6 and the restaurant itself is fine but not a place my family chooses to go often. We prefer having delivery even though it is a short distance away. Considering it is the only Chinese restaurant in Duxbury there’s really no other option but it isn’t bad so I’m not complaining. Three stars reflects good food and a decent experience that isn’t over the top.

Extremely good food. Went there for a business lunch, and had their sesame chicken lunch option. The food was very good. Prices are decent, but it IS Duxbury. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great lunch location.

I am a great fan of hot&sour soup. Every place makes it their own way. Tsang’s was unaccountably sweet, and then I recognized the flavor of duck sauce. Weird. The service was excellent, though.

If 0 stars were an option… Ordered take out and waited an extra hour for it to be ready. When we got home and opened up the bag it contained about half of our order. I called and told them what we had and what we had ordered(they did give us an extra beef and broccoli). Well they asked we bring that back! Haha it’s comical really. And then they had the audacity to ask if I was sure they didn’t give us two bags when I got there. Needless to say we will not be returning. I recommend Royal Garden about five minutes down the road in Kingston.

Our regular place for Chinese fair. We always take out and have only been disappointed once(really, really really bad bad Egg Foo Young). Good enough to get me to try them again. Love the dinner comb plates. Our daughter loves the Slippery Chicken. Ya, the name scared me too but it’s pretty good. Great to have such a good restaurant close by.

First time using Tsang. The Kingston Chinese restaurant changed hands and the quality has suffered. At Tsangs we ordered take out — appetizers mainly. They were well prepared with good portions. We will return.

Meh… Tsang’s is just okay. I’ve gotten both take-out and sat in the restaurant and I just don’t love this place. For starters, they don’t deliver. something pretty unusual for a Chinese restaurant. Also, I find it super pricey. The food isn’t bad, but its nothing special either. I love the Wonton soup and crab rangoon’s, but everything else there is just average.

My husband and I really like Tsang’s. Honestly on the South Shore, there are Chinese restaurants every couple of miles in any direction it seems… but this is the only one we really go to. The food is delicious, and the service is quick and very friendly. Everything we’ve eaten here has been delicious — they’ve got a lot of the usual options but there’s something less greasy and more interesting about their menu. And the atmosphere is nice too — their dining room is peaceful and you can tell that they definitely care about their diners’ experience. Be warned though — the portions are huge. Each appetizer could easily feed 4 people. We always have enough for an entire meal to take home when we’re through. Not complaining, as it’s a good value, but something you should know before ordering a bunch of appetizers for 2 people!

The staff is phenomenal, the food is delicious, and the service is quick. I’m quite partial to their orange chicken and the crab rangoons, but honestly, you can’t go wrong.

The food is mediocre at best and I was an occasional customer until my friend found a cigarette butt in her dish. EWWWW are they smoking back in the kitchen? It’s disgusting and I’ll never go again!

We eat at Tsangs at least every other month. Food is great, service is perfect and the price is reasonable. The only problem is that now we can’t eat Chinese food anywhere else — nothing else lives up to Tsangs!

Best Asian food in the area. Staff is efficient and friendly. It costs more than other Asian places, but it’s located in Duxbury. To be expected. You won’t be disappointed.
