Signed up for a tumble bears class. Once a week. Teacher is excellent, very enthusiastic, kind. And takes time to guide each student. The other teacher in the other class not very much. It is hard on little ones and more workout for moms to be expected to follow such a program. Definitely not child-​led or fun. I attended a few Gymboree classes. Definitely more awesome than Pattis. You can see boys having a hard time and they wander about. For some reasons girls appear to be following the track more easily. The customer service is the bad part. Everyone seems rushed and you feel guilty for having called and inconvenienced them by asking for information. Come to think of it the teachers are rushed too. But they handle it well.

My daughter has only been here for a few weeks but so far the staff has been very friendly and she is having a lot of fun.

Pros: Miss VeVe, Miss Robin, clean studio, multitude of class times/​schedules/​class choices, wonderful swim coaches
Cons: Poor teacher/​student ratio, marketing of ‘extras’ at every possible opportunity, including the curtain call of the recital
My daughter had a funexperience for a beginning level of dance, however I would prefer a less ‘commercialized’ environment. I have chosen a smaller dance studio with concern over # of students per teacher.
