i would give it five stars because I eat here often considering I work at the mall. but this one young lady, named Abby, was extremely rude, cursing up a storm & loudly talking about how it’s useless to wash the food containers which makes me believe that this place is dirty or that there is bacteria in my food because it’s too inconvenient for her to wash the containers. However, I am satisfied with the other workers, especially the woman with the star tattoos on her arms. I probably will not be returning cuz I’m afraid I’ll get sick.

I have had only great experiences at this Charley’s. I can’t go to the mall without stopping for a bite to eat. And sometimes I will go to the mall just for Charley’s. I usually go early in the day so I always see this gentleman who greets us and takes our order and I believe it is his daughter who is the cook. The gentleman is always a delight. I have never seen him in a bad mood and he always gets my order right. (Sometimes I have annoying little changes). The daughter also makes the food very fast. Always comes out the way I want it and also very pleasant. My food is always delicious and the place is very clean. I always leave there with a smile on my face from a pleasant experience.

Got the small Philly chicken and fries. Sandwich was cooked to order and was good. The fries were only warm but they were okay. With a drink my total was $ 7.33. My card was charged $ 8.00 and I did not receive change.
I did not realize she robbed me until I was long gone.
Decent food. Watch your card transactions.
