Now they make it nice and tough to pull into this parking lot but once you are there, Papa G’s cannot go wrong! Very friendly staff and very timely with my take out order. As I say with all my chains, I only review ones where I get great service and this Papa G’s has great staff, willing to help out with any of your extreme pizza needs. They have all out can eat pizza/pasta on Mon-Wed, make sure to take advantage of that. They really don’t advertise it.

This is now the second time I’ve gotten pizza that is so soggy, undercook, and all the toppings slid off the pizza. It’s the worst pizza around — I’d rather eat frozen pizza then ever order from Papa Gino’s again. Their pizza is not cheap, and it wasn’t even hot or cut properly when we received it. If they had negative stars I’d give them a Negative 5.

Ordered pizza online an ordered it a hour prior to picking it up, I arrived and my food still wasn’t ready. I stood there 20+ minutes while they cooked the portion they forgot while the rest including my pizza sat in a heater. The food was DISGUSTING!!! There was barely any toppings, pizza wasn’t even proper sauced, and the dough was chewy and tough. Cinnabon was disgusting! This used to be my favorite pizza and I don’t think I would ever order again. Plus they are more expensive than most other places

I really want to love this place because everytime I go in and order the food comes out amazing. As far as delivery goes though, twice they have forgotten part of my order, first time was the soda, and then the last time it was the actual sandwich that I ordered. The mozz twists are amazing when I order them in store but are ice cold when I get them in delivery. A couple even had absolutely no cheese left in them. I have no problem with the prices, but everytime I order I spend about $ 30-$ 40& just expect the quality to be more consistent.

I wasn’t completely unhappy with the pizza, just not overly excited about it either. It was hot, which was a positive, but wasn’t crazy about the sauce they used for their pizza. I came here for the«All you can eat», but was surprised to find that only cheese and pepperoni were offered and salad wasn’t included in the price. The staff was very nice and helpful and it didn’t take too long to get the pizza, just not the type of pizza I prefer. It’d be good to take my grandson to eat here, but I’ll pass unless he’s with me next time.

Generally speaking, Papa Gino’s is my favorite pizza place(which is the sole reason for the 2nd star). This particular Papa Gino’s sucks though. When I called to place my standard order yesterday(a pizza and a turkey sandwich in a pocket with tomato, mayo, and romaine lettuce), I was told that they only use iceberg lettuce in sandwiches. Now I know this is not true because this is my standard order and I’ve never had a problem in the past. The person taking my phone order said hold on and asked someone in the background if they had romaine lettuce. The person in the background confirmed that they did have it, and she asked if they could use it on sandwiches. The person in the background said, «No, we’d have to cut that up.» Are you kidding me? I can’t have my order because THEY’D HAVETOCUTUPSOMEINGREDIENTS? I was so blown away by this that I called back and asked to speak with the manager a few minutes later. After explaining this situation to the manager, he seriously tried to justify this! He said that they could not use romaine lettuce in my sandwich because it would mean taking someone off the floor for a few minutes to cut it up. After a few minutes of me asking him if he understood how ridiculous all of this was, he finally said he would just send me a sandwich with romaine lettuce free of charge(although they forgot the mayo on it, so I guess there must be a 3-ingredient maximum for sandwiches or something). Apparently having someone step off the floor for 3 minutes to cut up romaine lettuce and make a customer happy wasn’t worth it, but a 3-minute phone call spent arguing with an angry customer and the $ 7 cost of the sandwich they gave me for free to shut me up was worth it. Go figure. To wrap this up, I’d really love to know how they serve caesar salads without having romaine cut up. Do they not serve caesar salads when they’re short staffed because it’s too inconvenient?

Took other reviewers advice and ordered online expecting to be disappointed — but honestly — I liked it! Just as I remembered — thin crust pizza, lots of cheese and plenty of grease from the Roni! My pizza was as ordered(yes slightly misshapen but tasted great) and my BBQ chicken tenders were perfect.(Plenty of sauce but not drenched either!) The driver was punctual, very polite and remembered my dipping sauce and beverage! I really can’t complain — order was here in less than an hour on a Friday night — I would order from here again.

Worst papa Gino’s around, better off going to the one in seekonk or uncle Tonys. The last time I called for take out they left me on the line so long I heard my girlfriend in the background giving her name to pick up, how ridiculous is that?!?

Have eaten at several Papa Gino’s in general. This one in particular several times. This last visit on July 4th, 2014 was by far the worst. The pizza arrived to our table in an oval shape.(Really not a big deal, kinda funny in fact) But the pizza itself sucked. Watery, tasteless, paper thin. We also ordered 3 orders of chicken tenders, which arrived 15 minutes after the pizza! They were prepared totally wrong, to day the least, The only redeeming factor was tbe girls running the counter, very personable and cheery. But had this been my first time there, it would have been my last!

I have to start by saying that I love Papa Gino’s in general. When I moved to the area, I was disappointed to find out that this, the closest restaurant, did not deliver to my house, so a star off for that. When I’ve called in orders, usually at least one thing is wrong with my order, so I tend to use the online ordering, which has been pretty accurate. Unfortunately, when I’ve called in orders, I’ve never once had the food be ready in the time they quoted me. So, I tend to wait another 15 minutes past when they tell me, both on the phone and online. It doesn’t seem to matter how busy or not busy the restaurant is, it always takes forever for the food to be ready. My major complaint is when I go to pick food up, at least 4 workers will walk past the front counter without asking if they can help me; instead they ignore me and eventually someone will yell to someone else that a customer is up front. Really, people??? Even a «Just a moment, we’ll be right with you» would make that better. But the yummy, yummy food makes me keep coming back… :-/

As a small business not far from this Papa Gino’s, my office mates and I order quite a bit for lunchtime delivery. Not only do they take FOREVER to deliver… but it’s a rare occasion that they actually complete the order correctly. For instance… ordered a large garden salad with extra croutons & dressing… I get no dressing and 4 croutons on this huge salad! I called to speak with the manager and told him about the dressing/croutons…he says«oh, a large salad was supposed to have 6 croutons!». Imagine? A croûton quota!!! Seriously… the food is always cold and the delivery orders rarely correct… I’d stay away and head over to Uncle Tony’s instead.
