This is a pretty nice Taco Bell compared others that I’ve been to. Same food as others, just a nicer ambience than most others. They have all the local high school and colleges signs in the restaurant so all of them are represented here. The place is kept clean and nice.

This location almost always has friendly staff working the drive thru. I can not complain that they have ever messed up my order or forgotten things. I don’t do TB often but find this location better than most. Today i was pleasantly surprised with a wet nap and mint with my order! Nice TB!

Hands down, my favorite Taco Bell in the Ocean State. I make a lot of modifications to their menu items and Newport Ave consistently nails it. The staff is courteous and meticulous, always making sure to thoroughly repeat back and double check your order. Some may find that annoying but I find it admirable. With all the ‘special requests’ I make, this is the only Taco Bell in RI that doesn’t screw up the order and I always get what I want. They’re generous with the Fire Sauce and I LOVE that they give you cinnamon mints. The design of the drive-thru is pretty terrible though, I’m with y’all on that.

I attempted to go through the most horribly designed drive thru I’ve ever encountered for a quick dinner at 8:45pm. The person working the drive thru failed to ask us to check the accuracy of our order on the screen, and then as I was one car away from the window, the car behind me rear ended me. The driver and his mouthy friend smelled like alcohol and smoke, and kept trying to convince us not to call the cops.(This was obviously because they were under the influence of alcohol and drugs … Really though, who goes to Taco Bell for dinner at 8:45pm unless it’s an emergency or they’re high?) When my friend walked to the window to get our food while we waited for the cops to arrive, the drive thru worker asked us to move out of the drive thru(read: commit a crime of leaving the scene of an accident) before the cops arrived so as not to inconvenience them… even though there weren’t even any cars behind us. To top it all off, once we got home with our cold, soggy food, we realized that they did not give us any utensils, napkins, or condiments, and even forgot one of our tacos. I mean, seriously, who can eat cheesy fiesta potatoes without a spork?! Total fail.

I do not eat fast food often, but anytime I have been to this particular Taco Bell, they are amazingly polite and prompt.

It is a Taco Bell, what is not to love. The place was very clean and the service was great. They were patient and friendly. Not sure what more you could ask for.

Taco Bells SUCKS! Enogh said right, last time I ate there was two years a go, I was in a hurry I got the Taco Salad which they claimed had so much meat you be wonderignt where the lettuce was? It was the other way around, a couple of mizly ounces of meat, call to complaint and e-mailed the Corporate HQ and got no where. Refuse to step inside another Taco Bell ever. BTW, 30% of what they call meat is not, so what is it? There will be no next time!
