Best phone shopping experience turned into best phone buying experience ever.
Two weeks prior to setting foot in this T-​mobile store I had to go with my SHG (smokin’ hot girlfriend) to Sprint as her phone had suffered some water damage. What a painful experience that was, filled with smoke, mirrors and a last minute bait & switch.
I was a little on the defensive before I walked into the store but within about 5 minutes I had 2 salespeople guiding me and my daughters through the process of making the switch from VZW to T-​Mobile and while the switch took a while due to all the tech stuff the help I received made it not only painless but I am now a T-​Mobile raving fan.
My boys played on the in-​store iPads that were on display during the 90 minute process so they were completely entertained.
If I could recommend one thing it would be that there should be bar stool type seats at the service counter as standing there during the entire process was something I can imagine some people having issue with

When I told them once that I had no interest in buying their cases or screen protectors as I was just going to pick the iphone 5s version of the case I had previously bought on Amazon the store clerk did not continue to try to push me buy theirs. I hate pushy salespeople and the store was devoid of any, thank goodness.
