For some time now I have been thinking to switch carriers. The only thing that I am hesitant about is I have a grandfathered unlimited data with AT&T. I saw an ad for«Cut your bill in Half» with Sprint. A few days ago I talked to a Sprint online rep that gave me all the information I need to make a decision. Today I decided to go to a Sprint store to finally switch. My and husband I happen to be in war wham and the nearest store is this one. I went in pretty excited and there were customers before me but I didn’t wait that long. I never seen a more unprofessional person sitting sideways with her legs on the chair. When I told her that I am interested with their ongoing promo — she proceeded to say — «Ahhh, I don’t think we still have that promo.» Is this woman for real? I told her I was just online and the promo is still ongoing. With some huffs and puffs she blurted that the computer just crashed. She turned off and restarted the computer with more huffing and puffing and told me that she will just give me some information. News flash lady, I already did my homework so I don’t need more info. I regretted that I did not catch her name. Companies shouldn’t hire customer service people if they can provide real customer service. I am so frustrated that I have to walk out of that store. I Just want to get away from such bad energy. Honestly, I think that woman does not want to help me at all. I don’t usually play the race card but I realized she was kind of nicer to the people before me. If I have a choice this store should get no star at all. To write this review I have to pick the lowest rating. I am not holding this against Sprint because one bad apple(I hope) does not reflect the whole company. I did find another Sprint store at Wareham crossing with very polite, helpful and professional young men that deserve my business and my time.
