I would not recommend you go to this store. They are super friendly and happy. until you have a problem. A charge was put on my account of $ 600.00 after a mistake on the stores part splitting my son off of my family plan. After fighting with the store and Sprint for 5 solid months. hours of time invested on the phone with Sprint. and being completely blown off by the store(took messages, never called back. empty promises). I had to finally pay the $ 600 to avoid complete disruption. I would have cancelled Sprint all together, but our contract cancellation fees would have been significantly higher seeing we have so many on our family plan. I was told Sprint could not help me because this is not a Sprint corporate store.(not owned in any way by Sprint). I would never ever go back here. Do yourself a big favor and do not make the mistake we made. go to a store that is directly run by Sprint. We learned the hard way.

I have mix review about this place. Over the last 12 months we have had a total of 4 interfaces with them. We first found them when my wife’s old phone was in need of repair. After a horrendous service from Sprint in New Bedford Tarkin Hill, we ended up in Wareham. These guys were pleasant and took care of the replacement. Since we are almost at the end of our 2 years contract, we decided though further of a drive, this would be our place for future phone needs. 2 weeks ago my wife went to the store and upgraded 2 of our lines to iPhone 5. She was greeted by Michael. My wife ended up walking out with 2 new iPhones and 2 Otter cases(at $ 31ea). She was also very happy since Michael promised free activation. Which is always appreciated since we have been with Sprint for over 10 years, and have 2 more lines yet to be upgraded. Good experience. 2 days after I ended up going back to the store. One of the new iPhone was having sim card issue, and I wanted to exchange one of the Otter case for a different color. I was greeted by Gina, who was very pleasant. She replaced the defective phone and exchanged the case quickly. Good experience. Fast forward to today. The first bill received and we notice the activation fee of $ 76.50 for the 2 lines. Wife called Sprint they can’t(or won’t) do anything about it. Wife then called this store and left message for Michael(remember that promise for free activation?). Since he did not call back, wife tried again this afternoon and finally spoke to him. Apparently not only does he not remember my wife, he also does not remember his promises. With some help regaining his memory, he then proceed and asked questions like«why would I say that?» and«I would never promise that»…Ok so this has become a nightmare… Was the confusion due to misunderstanding or were we purposely mislead? Very bad experience. All this is very frustrating and frankly disappointing. No longer will sales people stand by their words. This seems to be the ugly«switch and bait». Based off this experience we will stay away from this store. We WILL take our business somewhere else.

The service at this store is second to none. After trying both the Fairhaven and Dartmouth stores, where the service is terrible, I was looking for an alternative in the area. I got that and much more with the Wareham store. The employees here go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied, and they have helped me many times when I’ve had billing issues through corporate Sprint, spending a significant amount of time on the phone getting my issues corrected. The employees here really understand the importance of customer service. The repair center has a very quick turn-around, and they are always friendly and enthusiastic. If you are looking for phenomenal customer service, make the drive and visit this Sprint store in Wareham. I always have had a positive experience here, and it’s nice to know that true customer service still exists. Anytime I have a phone problem, I’d rather drive 25 minutes to visit this store, rather than deal with the aggravation at closer stores. I highly recommend them!
