I received terrible treatment by store manager and Geek Squad employee, only solution that was offered was to refund money on a gift card for a protection plan. Never offered to resolve issue in any other way told me repeatedly that I signed a 20 page document at time of purchase that in small print had a statement that screwed me. Never again Best Buy. An apology would have been nice at the very least, instead I was talked down to like an idiot, train your staff on how to explain things and not just sell services like they cover everything. Also I am an ex Best Buy employee, worked there for around 6 years and we NEVER treated customers this way.

Love visitin any and all BestBuys. You can roam the store and they keave you alone but will offer assistance when and if you need it. Store location was clean and well organized. Unfortunately I didn’t make a purchase, next time.

I typically like this Best Buy, the service is typically good and I can typically find what I’m looking for. This afternoon, however, I walked in with my sister-in-law to exchange a phone case since she was errantly told the one she bought earlier would fit her phone. The man at the front was really cocky and sassy. He greeted us asked what we needed and was very condescending to myself and my sister-in-law– he went so far as to ask if she put the case on backwards… As in put the phone in the case screen first… If he was trying to be funny it failed and he was actually offensive. I’m disappointed that I didn’t catch his name or I’d fill out the survey on the receipt. Unpleasant experience… Good thing we found a case that will actually fit her phone… also the woman in customer service was friendly(that’s why I rated this 2 stars than 1)

We went there to look at sound bars and half of the display items wouldn’t work. We went there to look at TV stands and of course one of them was beat up and broken. items were placed randomly around the store. It just doesn’t look like anything is taken care of. I think its very unprofessional and lazy for a best buy to be like that. It seems very careless to me. I have always left annoyed and made my purchases elsewhere.

This is in reference to BESTBUYGEEKSQUAD. I would never return to Geek Squad again. I dropped my computer off and walked out spending $ 252.00 for the service and an external hard drive in the event they could back up everything. I rec’d a call that my computer was done. when I called back to inquire what they had done, Dan told me that everyone with Geek Squad was busy and that someone from the store would call me back so we could decided what to do with my computer. I never rec’d a call back, however in the next 48 hours I received 7 automated phone calls from an 800 number telling me to go pick it up. when I went to pick it up, I was told that everything was backed up and I needed a new hard drive. I opted not to install a new hard drive, but rather take my time and research/buy a new lap top. I asked that they show me or verify what was dowloaded on the hard drive, so I knew what I spent 252.00 on. . I was told they cannot do this. I left with my computer and the external hard drive that everything was supposed to be backed up on. The next day, I tried the external hard drive on two seperate computers, as I needed a document off of it. There was nothing there. I called Best Buy Geek Squad and they walked me how to download everything. I assured them that nothing was there and I was following their directions. It was quite clear from the man’s tone, that he didn’t believe I was following his direction and he todl me to bring it in so he could show me. The next night I went into Geek Squad with my computer and external hard drive. I explained what happened and I was told by a different gentleman that, YES, indeed they can verify what was backed up. Turned out nothing was backed up. . it was right in the file, that they couldn’t even get the hard drive to boot up, so they couldn’t move anything to the external. I should have been refunded my money for the external when I went in to pick up my computer, but they failed to read the file and sent me home thinking I had all my photos, docs and music and then made me feel like an idiot on the phone becasue they thought I couldn’t follow directions to download from and external drive. Well they did do a full refund, however, I am still upset over how many failures there were in this whole process. . and my personal time spent driving back and forth, speaking to them on the phone, and sitting in line at the store. Geek squad needs to get it together! I would never return, simply on the fact they cann communicate to their customers!

Went to this Best Buy to get my iPhone 4s and it was the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. The guy was completely clueless, spent most of the time ignoring me and talking to his co-workers and didn’t even thank me when I left.

One of the friendliest Best Buys I’ve ever been in, the people are friendly and knowledgeable!
