The server always tells me here: sorry to warn you, but the food is taking awhile tonight…”. Why is bdubs the only place where fried food takes 35 minutes to come out? With such a basic menu, why is service always poor? My water didn’t taste like water, and the chicken on my salad was undercooked. I guess my bad for expecting a salad to be good at a chicken place. But consistently poor service. Don’t get me started on those obnoxious fun captains in the ref uniforms that shove stupid signups in your face.

Not impressed. I ordered a regular hamburger and the meat had that next day microwaved taste to it. The red onions were huge and I didn’t appreciate the button end pieces. My bun was toasted too long so I almost cut my mouth open. The fries were good. The deep fried mushrooms also were cut my mouth overfried and something I could pick up in my grocery store and fry at home. Nothing special. My husband ordered wings he said were okay but nothing special. We both agreed we won’t be running back anytime soon. Our server was fantastic and the reason for the 2 stars

The food is just not good. The shrimp are especially nasty, but nothing was even average. Even the soda didn’t have correct carbonation. There are many better options in Eagan.

Worst BWW I’ve ever been to. I was driving home and google told me this was the closest bww, so I called and placed an order for pick up, the guy on the phone who clearly had no clue what he was doing to told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and after waiting about 2 minutes just to be acknowledged they told me it would be another 15 minutes. Seriously? After 15 minutes I went back in where I was stopped by a woman that said she just waited over an hour for her pick up and her order was wrong. When I asked again if it was ready she said it’d be at least 5 more minutes, at that point I said I just wanted my money back, I still had a 30 minute drive home and didn’t want to wait anymore, then the manager came over opened the till and said«Here» and thrust my money at me, no apology, no explanation; just extremely rude. I work in costumer service, I understand you get backed up and behind but don’t tell someone it’s only going to be 15 minutes when really its going to be an hour, and try to be a little more accommodating

The quality here has really gone down hill. On top of that they’ve raised the prices. Right now I’m sitting here waiting on the Dr. Pepper I ordered… everyone else has theirs.

Great service! Went late on a Thursday night, it was busy and the ticket time was still just 16 minutes. The only compliant I have is that the wings weren’t the best I’ve had; didn’t have enough sauce on them, definitely order wet wings or extra sauce!

The service was phenomenal during lunch. Our waitress Octavia was very nice and put in work for us. Very satisfied with the service and will be returning. Plus can’t go wrong with Boneless Thursdays.

Not my favorite BWW location in the metro but since its the closest to my place its the one i frequent the most. They have a great patio that has a great view of a pond in the back yard. The wings here have been hit or miss. I prefer the dry rubs and I’ve had a few batches where I think they forgot to put seasoning on. Service is alright, gets a bit slow when busy but thats to be expected. Wouldn’t plan on watching the big game here as its always super busy and more of a family type place, but its a good place to go when Im craving some wings.

They’re normally pretty good, but last night I had an issue with the quality of my meal and they handled it perfectly. Will return.

Save yourself a drive. The take out is terrible. We received super small portions and a stale salad. This is the second time we have tried take out at this location and the second time it’s been a bad experience.

Yummm! Service was awesome! Our server forgot to put in our order for fried pickles and immediately fessed up and corrected the problem instead of making excuses, blaming the kitchen staff, etc. Friendly, fast, delicious! (Grilled chicken sandwich with jalapeños and southwest sauce) Ps. There were 7 of us!!! Still fast and attentive.

I am not in love with BWW anymore, but it is still a fabulous place to hit happy hour with the work crew or catch that one game you can’t get at home. Overall, solid drinks and consistent food make BWW one of those chains that you can visit in just about any state and be pretty sure you will get exactly the same thing in Texas and you did in Maine, plus local flair to the menus of course. They still have some of the best wings in my opinion. This particular location is pretty big. They have a large bar area and pretty impressive patio for a state that can only use it 6 months out of the year. We come here often for happy hour because it is close to work and their specials are decent. The appetizers are pretty good and there is always that chance someone will be walking around handing out that new app flavor they are trying out.

The staff are all very friendly and quick to remedy any complaint. We always order a 20 piece traditional wing meal and get half with a wet sauce and half with a dry rub. The dry rubbed ones always come out under seasoned and we have to order them wet just to get a normal amount of seasoning. Other than that minor annoyance, it’s an awesome place to eat :)

This is by far the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. The quality of the food is always on par. They have a lot of windows so there is a lot of natural light. They have a really nice big bar area. The staff is extremely friendly and personable, much happier and more attentive than the BWW on campus.

I’ve been going to BW3’ in whatever town as I moved around for 10 years now, used to love the place. I have found myself going there these last 2 – 3 years severely less frequently because the quality of their wings, boneless particularly, has gone into the rubbish bin. I rate them on par with Mcnuggets now. Well maybe slightly better because of better sauce variety. I think I’m pretty much done with BW3 after my last take out order this past week. Other people have told me they don’t like their wings as much anymore either so I can’t just conclude the Eagan location is rubbish… its systemic. So, my order. I got a large order of boneless wings. Got home, open the container and the things looked burned or something. Much darker color than usual. Also, the celery was inedible, covered with brown spots and looked disgusting. Back to the wings, tried some and I don’t know what they did but those wings were fucked up. Somebody fucked up and tried to cover it up by putting excessive sauce. That has to be the explanation because that shit was inedible. The entire order was inedible. The sauce was supposed to be Asian Zing too but it tasted off as well. $ 20+ on gross shit. If this was just a bar, I could put up with crap food. I just wouldn’t order it. But they believe they are also a restaurant and food like what they serve now is just unacceptable. BW3 has officially driven me to their competition.

This is one of my favorite BWW in the area, not only because it has a huge bar area but also because it is usually full of Packer Fans on Sunday! This place is usually pretty crowded for any kind of sporting event both the bar and restaurant area, if you don’t want to wait then get there before it starts. Sundays are usually very crowded and there is normally a large number of people lurking the bar area waiting for a table to open up. There is a nice outdoor patio which is partially covered and surrounding a pond, both Jake’s City Grille and Houlihans Bar back up to the pond as well. The food is typical for BWW, I wouldn’t say it’s great food but it is consistent. 5 Chipotle BBQ Dry Rub, 5 Hot BBQ and a side of ranch normally complete my order. Although now that they have changed their ordering options for wings I think it is something like, Snack, Meal or Platter and it says no less than 5 or no less than 10, etc. Come to think of it, I am changing my review to 3 stars because of that, it made me grumpy last time I was there. Anyways, I go for what I assume everyone goes for, the Atmosphere. What I like about dining here is that there are 3 solid choices,(BWW, Jake’s City Grille and Houlihans) all within walking distance. Each option has a nice bar area with patio, depending on your desired experience one of these places should fit the bill.
