There is always an annoyed teen at the counter who seems irritated to help you. The last 3 times there were out of hot fudge. I have noticed the floors seem to be kept a little cleaner but can always count on hearing the sticky noise your shoes make on icky floors. I do like that you can taste all the flavors before committing to one or two. The toppings have a good selection but really too Many chocolate choices and not enough fruit and sweet toppings. They have good sauce topping choices. But the tops of the bottles are so caked you can’t squeeze any out. Not bad for a quick treat for the kids.

We went there at 8:50pm and they had a sign saying they closed at nine instead the normal 10 pm time! I kind of understand the hour early for some reason but that ten minutes they could have had 4 more happy customers! Not going there again

The quality yogurt was terrible. The flavors didn’t display the right amount of natural flavor or depth in richness. It’s like biting a peach but it’s so bland you can’t really taste it, or a salty chocolate. The environment is strictly catered to children with low chairs and tables. it’s also quite messy and loud. I wouldn’t recommend anyone try it. I’ve tried over 10 yogurt shops from sf, la, Chicago, az and mn this place is one of the worst :(

Unless you’re a local teenager and know one of the teenagers working here. Forget getting any kind of service, and plan to have your shoes stick to the floor. I understand there will be a minimal amount of mess at places like this, but there is clearly no experienced management in this place. Not all teens are created equal but most need leadership and this place was a downright mess. When we went in, most of the machines were empty. When my husband mentioned this the girl at the counter simply shrugged and continued her conversation with her friend(not an employee, just someone hanging out)… The seats were all covered in yogurt, and bottom line, after all of that, they yogurt tasted sour. I will never go back here. There are other places much better and cleaner.

I have been obsessed with frozen yogurt for the past 6 months(and have been driving pretty far out of my way to get it several times a week), so I was very excited to find out that a CherryBerry was opening up minutes from my house. I do like their yogurt, but can’t personally give it 5 stars because, unlike some of the other yogurt chains, they do not have either California Tart or Original Tart on a daily basis. I’m not personally a big fan of all the flavored ones(a little too sweet for me), so this is kind of a deal breaker. It’s really too bad too because I’ve had their California Tart at another location and it was awesome. If they started serving up the California Tart all the time, I’d probably be there everyday.
