I ordered $ 43 worth of food for delivery one of my sandwiches was supposed to be a BLT, but it had not a single tomato. I called and the manager told me he could not give me a new sandwich because it was not a wrong sandwich. I may be wrong here but I am fairly certain the the T in BLT stands for tomato. That is a wrong sandwich, and for a place that is already on the high side for sandwiches, and overcharges for delivery charge I am certain that you could afford to give me the overpriced sandwich I actually ordered.

Ordered Jimmy Johns for the last time. Food is great but with this $ 2 delivery charge that will be it for me. I even asked if the delivery guy gets it as part of the money and it was a no. So my sandwich chips and drink came to $ 12 and I still had to tip. Sorry Jimmy johns isn’t worth $ 15 and I m not going to stiff the driver. It’s a shame. Good luck keeping customers…

I love Jimmy Johns and regularly order it when I work from home one day a week. The thing that is frustrating about this location is I have gotten my food in 10 minutes and I have waited for over an hour. Obviously, during lunch or dinner, it will take a little longer, but for a company that boasts «freaky fast» delivery, an hour is too long.

Though served cold, the sandwiches are really good. I usually buy them To-​Go. One thing I felt was that the place is kinda dull with a real dull atmosphere. If they could make the place more lively, it would have been good.

Nothing says romantic Valentine’s Day dinner for two like Jimmy John’s. And this location even has a drive through to make it more special!
Other than the drive through, this is just like what you’d expect from any other JJ’s.
I did have a funny exchange with a sandwich guy there once:
Me: I’d like a number 1 with mustard instead of mayo
Guy (sounding genuinely confused): Um… do you want me to just put the mustard on where I’d put the mayo?

This is a clean location near the byerlys in Eagan. Their sandwiches are good and the service is fast. They also have a drive through if you go all the way around the back of the other store it’s attached to.
