I came here a while ago as a last resort. They greeted me kindly, then proceeded to take my order and get right to fulfilling it. When they were done and gave me my food it was like it was freshly cooked. The spices they used really brought out the flavor of the ketchup. When I was done with this meal it was nice that the door was conveniently placed next to where my car was parked. In all I was very pleased with the over all experience.

Super slow service and rude employees. They usually just stand there and wait for you to engage them to order. They don’t say hi or address you in any way. Once you order they just walk away with no response.

Like another reviewer, this is our neighborhood McDonalds. The food is always luke warm to cold, a couple of times the fries, along with being cold, we’re fried too long and tasted like burnt oil. The first couple of times we thought it was a fluke — we’ve always gone through the drive thru — maybe since we were ordering during non rush times… Like 2pm, 3pm… It wasn’t a fluke. We went back during the breakfast rush, the lunch rush and the dinner rush. All the same cold crap. Now, I like McDonalds, and I have no clue what is going on at this store, but we’ll be headed to Town Center from now on.

Fresh fries… The habanero quarter pounder is actually pretty good It seems odd to give a McDonald’s 4 stars, but I am doing that in the context of comparing it to other McDonald’s restaurants. The staff is all pretty young here(go figure, it is a McDonald’s), but I have always had fast and friendly service with above average order accuracy from this location. The french fries at this locale seem to always be fresh as well. This McDonald’s has a play structure that is in good shape and clean, so your children can run off some energy while you enjoy the haute cuisine that is McDonald’s.

OK I hate fast food. But yesterday I was in a hurry and really hungry so I made an exception to my no fast food rule. I’ve got to tell you, you cannot begin to imagine the pleasure of rolling up to the drive up window and having the asian chick working there hand me the food without a word to me because she is busy yakking on her cute and glittery iphone. I’m so glad I stopped at McDonalds because when I then said I wanted ketchup I got the teenage eye roll and a HUGE handful of ketchups. I’m talking she grabbed so many that they were falling out of her hand onto the floor, onto the ground outside the window and handed to me in a pretentious manner only someone bold enough to talk on their cellphone while supposed to be interacting with customers could manage. Who runs this store? From the other reviews it must still be the same person. I thought McD’s was supposed to be a model of efficiency not a haven of teen rebelling against the adults who interrupt my extremely important convo with sally about what we wearing to skool tomorrow and tommy is cute isn’t he I wonder if he likes me should I buy a box of condoms?! Even if I was a McD’s freak I would never return to this location. With the children out of control like that, who knows what they do to the food. Management, get a clue and get control.

One of the worst stores I have ever been to. super location close to middle school/high school so when we need a quick dinner after school between activities or after a school function it is just easy to stop there. However, they never get the orders right from the girls/boys behind the counter to the staff working the cooking/fry lines and the management all need some major training or additional staffing not sure. I like McDonald’s food but won’t be going back to this one. I was in line to order food for 5 minutes, waited 20 min for my food and order was wrong, manager’s reply was oh I’m sorry.

This is our neighborhood McDonald’s with a big kid’s Habitrail inside but it’s not a regular destination for us except after our boys’ swim lessons once a week. It’s a love-hate kind of thing because in the winter time it’s nice to let the boys climb and play for a while but the service is always disappointing. Summer can’t come fast enough. I won’t even go into the food which is standard fast-food as everyone knows. So don’t supersize and don’t make it an every day or a several times a week destination. It is what it is. But c’mon. It’s fast-food in name only and I really can’t completely blame the teenagers because when managers in any business pay attention to their kids things seem to work. But when the manager’s busy or not visible, woe is the customer. Even on days it’s not busy like at this McDonald’s today. Swimming lessons started up again so we stopped at this McDonald’s on the way home today at about 10am to treat our boys to a little breakfast and a yogurt parfait. And to let them get some energy out climbing up and down the big tunnels and slides. Mom goes in the back with the boys and I order at the counter. Then we wait for the food to trickle up to the counter piece by piece. Five minutes later, we’re still waiting for our last item: the big breakfast(pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage) that my wife was going to split with our oldest boy. So another minute or two goes by and before I start to complain, a manager pops up to the front sees six trays half completed and says to the teenagers«we have several half completed orders.» Suddenly all the orders get filled. But when I sit down I realize I forgot coffee for my wife and a milk for our 3yr old. No big deal right? So my wife goes up to the counter and orders. Seven minutes later, yes seven, I’m almost done feeding the boys and my wife is still at the counter. Using sign language because we can see each other I pantomime«what the heck» throwing my hands in the air. She mimes back with a slap on her head and throws her arms up too. I didn’t warn her not to order any food because that’s a black hole of time so maybe that’s the issue. There’s no way a coffee and a milk can take that long. The pancakes were luke warm, the eggs were bland and cold but at least the parfait was cold as it should be. Two or three more minutes later, my wife walks back with a coffee cup and milk. Yes, just that. She sits down and I’m absolutely baffled. «Did they order the coffee from Columbia?» My wife just sits there mad sipping the coffee. «Did the cow run dry? What happened»? She says«They took my order then everyone started wandering around. The girl at the counter was completely lost. Then the manager started filling a large order that was taken after mine and I had to complain that I ordered before they did. The manager pretty much ignored me, completed the large order that was placed after mine and only then got my coffee and milk.» We also have a teenager. I know from repeated history that when the cat’s away, mice pull out their cellphones and get on Facebook instead of doing any work. But to have a manager set this kind of example, no apology, no correcting the mistake and simply getting a milk and coffee, nope. Too bad. As far as an indoor playland in Eagan it’s the only one. In the future, we’ll just stop at Holiday across the street, get coffee and some drinks and we’ll pack our own fruit for the boys. Because if you avoid the service at the counter, it does have a really nice kid’s play area. But that’s the only good thing about this place.
