Great service and quick turn-​around. I return because of the cleanliness of the location (Grand Ave). My clothes come back looking great. Mulburrys uses very high quality wooden hangers unlike those flimsy wire hangers from the traditional dry cleaner.

Once again, my promised laundry is a day late. The «Concierge» email letting me know my clothes aren’t ready comes with no discount whatsoever. Terrible service despite really nice site staff.
2÷27÷16 update. Why I still come here is anyone’s guess. Another «factory closing» causes back up. Could the people who work here at least smile and say thanks once in a while?

John is the reason I continue to go to Mulberry’s. He always gets my order correct and if I ask for a garment to be pre-​spotted, it always is. He is great at customer service.

They promised next day service and I got it two days late. They’ve ruined two shirts. I wouldn’t send my mother-​in-​law there.
Cryptic receipts. At these prices they should guarantee their service and have faster turn around. I expect better — it’s more than wooden hangers.

This place is a joke. Tried giving them my business. Talked to several «managers» and couldn’t get them to pick up my laundry. If they are so incompetent just to schedule a pick up then I shouldn’t trust them with my clothes. I feel dumb for trying for 2 weeks.
