This is the WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! The staff gives incorrect information about shipping and costs. They charged me extra for priority shipping with tracking and estimated two days. My package arrived 6 days later and gave some ridiculous, rehearsed excuse about their lies and mistakes. The «manager» has absolutely no idea what customer service is. They refused to refund my shipping after 4 days of waiting and no trace of the letter when I tried to track it. This place is a joke. Do not spend your money here.

Awful! They completely lied about the special box crate they’d create and ship for me. The customer service guy at the store was a joke and refused to grant me their Unilocal deal. Way over priced for my specialty shipment and the «crate» they made fell apart prior to arrival, damaging the good inside. Never going back… Ever.

You can deposit checks for USAA here! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is small but clean. Good place.
