Absolutely the worst office I’ve ever had to deal with!
My senior facility is located in Eagle Point, and there are a few Resident’s of the home that have had this office as their primary. I could fax out a request for something important, and not hear back from this office for 2 weeks or if our facility has to hound them down. Ridiculous and negligent!
