Ridiculous! Visited this establishment last year when the waitstaff made an error on our dinner order. The manager was extremely gracious and discounted our food and bought us a round of drinks. Went back this weekend… the waitstaff once again mare an error on our order, forgot to bring out our appetizer and then proceeded to cry at our table due to having a bad day. The new manager came out and apologized and offered us a free round of drinks(the new manager even remembered us from our last visit when we explained how the last visit there was a mix up with our order). While the staff was so ever gracious, when we went to the bar to redeem our free drinks the bartender stated it was limited to well or domestic drinks only and charged us an additional $ 2 for our cocktails. Seriously? The food was mediocre, the staff member should have been sent home and the manager should have disregarded the additional upcharge. We won’t be back. Ever.

First time in here and it was the best experience. I’m in from out of town and I wandered in looking for a local drink and my bartender TIM was so great and wonderful! He made me the best drink and was completely patient with my picky pallet! I can’t wait to bring my friends in here and share my great experience. I definitely recommend this place!

This review is an unfortunate miss in Eagle. I have been into Cylos a couple of times since they opened with varying experiences. I waiver between giving them a single star or kicking them the second star. I will give them the benefit of the second star for now and will hope that they read this review and kick things into high gear and perhaps move into the three to four star range. Let’s start with the food, it was just a miss. The boneless buffalo wings were round balls of meat that were deep fried and drenched in what can only be called barbecue sauce. They had a very slight hint of heat, but it really was barbecue-y(if that can be used as a word) in flavor. They were served with celery bits and carrot shreds, which as my husband stated were«useless». The fish tacos were very salty and unfortunately cooked dry. I have had them before where they were better, although even before very salty. The prices during Happy Hour were very reasonable and the drinks were poured with an extremely liberal hand. I would say for a stop in after work for a drink it would be perfect. I just wish the food was better! I had heard that the Willowcreek next door had changed owners and perhaps that is true of the Cylos as well? I can say that from when I had first gone in when they first opened until now there has been a noticeable change in quality of the food. In regards to the service they were clearly understaffed and that is always unfortunate. I always feel bad for the waitstaff that has to bust their hump extra because of that situation. The staff was very friendly regardless but a lounge in happy hour with 30+ people needs more than two servers. Anyway I would give it a «go for drinks’ a «no for dinner».

Pretty slow and laid back. Food is ok and priced like its downtown. If your close it’ll work…
