I am so frustrated and sad with my experience at Eagle Acupuncture. I had read so many good things about Kristen so I was excited to start my journey of acupuncture and herbs to help with my fertility issues. I ended up spending three times the amount I was assuming I would pay not to mention the fact that I was never informed of the $ 200 increase on the initial visit if you are there for fertility concerns (other places tell you over the phone OR it’s on the website OR it’s in the initial paperwork you have to fill out). I’ve checked everywhere and nobody charges extra for fertility, it’s the same initial price for all new patients. If my appointment is going to cost $ 300 then I would have appreciated to hear this before the appointment AND I’d like to add that I had seen Tony a few years back so I was a returning customer! The entire visit was unpleasant and I left feeling completely taken advantage of. The worst part of the whole thing is I left a message to cancel my next appointment and «will not be rescheduling» and nobody bothered to call back to ask why?

You can not go wrong with Eagle Acupuncture. Tony Burris and his staff are wonderful. You will feel like family the minute you walk in the door. Tony’s expertise with the needles helped me over come pain and depression after major surgery. If you are thinking of trying acupuncture for the first time you just can not go wrong with Tony and his wife, who also does acupuncture. I have never felt so at ease with anyone as I do with Tony, he is compassionate and really listens not to mention is a wealth of information. The office is very clean, smells good and is very comfortable. I highly recommend Eagle acupuncture, I think you will love it here!
