I had an amazing experience with these guys! I went in with my two boys and they were extremely helpful. They walked us through all of the tests and took extra care with my kids. Extremely helpful and caring. I will definitely be returning!

I have gone here for the last few years! Service was ok but not great! The ONLY reasons I continued to go there was because I like the dr and it is close to my work! The last visit is my final visit! I was the only customer at the time yet was hurried along by the assistant who helped me. She seemed annoyed when I brought a friend in to make the final decision(which people often bring help)! Finally found glasses(discussed contacts) and sunglasses ordered them and was told that two weeks they would be in! At the two week mark I called… I was put on hold and left on hold. Called again… Hung up on! Called again… This time she said she would call me back and didn’t! Finally called almost everyday until I got through and was told my glasses had been ready for more than a week!!! I went in to pick them up and was hurried along again. Thought I was done! Nope! While packing things up a year later I found a receipt… Apparently I had prepaid for contacts! Had no memory of agreeing to this but I assumed responsibility! Called them they had no record… I inform them of the receipt I am looking at and the lady quickly found the $ 270 I prepaid! She was not nice nor was she helpful. At one point she thought she had put me on hold(which she didn’t) and proceeded to say things sarcastically like«ok then» and«this is nice»! I let her continue to sigh and show how mad she was she had to help me! Finally after 5 or so min. Of «being on hold» she came back on the line not knowing I heard her the entire time! She tells me she will call me back in two weeks because of the holiday. No call came! So i called again! I was put on hold and left on hold. Called again… Hung up on! Called again… This time she said she would call me back and didn’t! So I called again the next day! Was told I needed to talk to the office manager but he was out until next week! I called a week later and he gave me a hard time for waiting more than a year to take care of this and I told him that this was my 6+ call to the office to resolve this issue! He agrees to give me the $ 120(about) refund I have been waiting for! I became very upset and informed him that I have a receipt for $ 270. He quickly back tracked and tried to make it seem that he had overlooked the remaining money(just like the lady who answered the phone). He finally agreed to give me a refund and that I can expect it in my mail box next week! Never came! Still waiting for a refund more than a month later almost two months now! Save yourself headaches and go else where!

I just moved to the area and was referred to this vision center by a colleague. Though it is a bit far from where I worked, I gave it a try. The location is kind hidden behind the Albertson complex which is hard to find at the first time. The Eye doctor is good but the female assistant that helped me is not friendly and really impatient. After I did my eye dilation exam, I asked her to help me to adjust my glasses. She did it once and then wanted to leave without waiting for my response. So, the adjustment is not good enough, I wouldn’t bother to ask her again. During the eye exam, the doctor mentioned to me that I can get some free nose pad to put on the glasses to make it fit better. I asked her about that, and she just bluntly told me there is none even without looking. Guess what… when I came back a week later to pick up my contact lenses, the front desk receptionist was able to find some for me. They have many assistants work there. You just need to be lucky to get the good one. Last but not least, is that I got a bill 5 months later telling me that I still owe them some money. This is annoying and irritating to me, since I already specifically asked them before I placed order and went thru all the exam… etc., the amount I have to pay out from my pocket. They gave me the number and I paid it. Now, after 5 months, they send me a bill asking for more thinking that I will just let it go ?! I called them and the office manager gave the crap excuses that they did not know how much exactly they are going to get paid by the insurance until later. Yeah right ! You are in the business for so long and you don’t know? How did you come up with the number to bill the insurance at the first place… You should also know that certain charges the insurance will not pay based on the patient situation. Why the insurance company wants to pay a contact lenses evaluation fee for someone already wearing contact lenses for the last 20years ?! They just greedy bottom line. If they have good business ethics, they should just waive the $ 22 they bill me since they are got paid $ 358. This is the first time I went to a eye center that billed me later for the amount I was not aware of up front. I would not go back and would not recommend this place. The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because the doctor was nice. This place needs more competition to get them straight on their act.
