Food is great, staff is nice, and everything is clean. The way they make the food is very interesting and fun to watch. The place itself is pretty outdated and the food is semi expensive but it’s prepared fast and fun to support this local business.

Fantastic Mongolian option conveniently located on Eagle and State next to the Albertson’s. Excellent service and all of the meat, veggie and sauce options you’d expect. Give it a try!

The only thing I miss about Idaho is Mongolian BBQ. I haven’t been in Idaho for few years but I still dream about the delicious of the food all the time(Guilty:):):)). I wish you guys would ship it to my house. In the east, they don’t have any good Mongolian BBQ… I remembered the good old days where I would go there often after school, even though I was Permanently kicked out from this location for supposedly for Piling too much and refused to pay extra(it fit in the bowl perfectly, I am the type don’t take shit from ppl), after a year of the incident, I was able to push my way in and he finally allowed me to go back) no hard feelings. Now, it’s just a funny story to share, hehe… I still miss the food very much. Can’t wait to eat the delicious food when I do visit the west again…

Pros: The whole restaurant & food bar was very clean; fresh veggies & great variety to choose from! Prices are reasonable, with lunch being a couple dollars less than dinner. Con:(only 1 con) Employee was not very welcoming — simply waved his hand toward the back of the restaurant and said«sit over there»… Once we seated ourselves, he then told us we sat at the wrong table and ushered us to a different table. Was just strange, since there was only 1 other patron in the restaurant. Will definitely come back: food was delicious, price was right, and the cleanliness was spot on!

I enjoy Mongolian BBQ, but my wife doesn’t, so I have to wait until she’s out of town to go, meaning I don’t get here nearly often enough. I like this place. It’s very clean and the ingredients are always fresh with lots of choices The staff is very friendly. My only complaint is they don’t serve beer. I tend to spice up my food to the max, and there’s nothing better than a cold beer to quench the fire. Oh well, I’ll still go every chance I get.

BEST Mongolian place in the valley. I’ve tried nearly all of them. I drive from downtown Boise just to take some home. Highly recommended.

If you’ve been to Mongolian BBQ and like it then you’ll enjoy this one just as much if not more. Very clean restaurant. A few different ingredients and sauces compared to others that I’ve eaten at. They didn’t have pineapple(this time) but they had a peanut sauce that was pretty good and I hadn’t seen before. Service is minimal but that’s usually what you get. Also I’m not saying minimal is bad. It’s just minimal because you put your food together and everything. All they need to do is refill your drink and make sure you didn’t screw up your own order. Delicious food. Great staff!

If you’ve ever been to a Mongolian BBQ before, they are pretty much all the same. However, there are a few notable exceptions at this location. This is the cleanest MB I’ve ever seen. The owner and his family are VERY hospitable and obviously take pride in their restaurant. You could eat off the floor here. The vegetables are always fresh and the line is kept clean. There is a fridge that contains a good selection of juices and sodas(non-fountain stuff) such as Snapple Apple and GREENRIVERINTHEBOTTLE! You don’t see those around much. If you’re a MB fan, you need to eat here. If you have a bad meal here, it’s probably your own fault as you put it together.

What a great place to dine out! Choose your own meat, veges, noodles, and sauces, and they cook it in front of you in what I can only imagine is a traditional Mongolian way. My only concern is that I wish the meat and veges were chilled, not frozen, but that may also be due to food safety so it’s not a big deal. A nice relaxing atmosphere, and very friendly staff. It’s not a cheap dining option, but it’s not overly expensive either. Great for a family dinner.

If you like Mongolian Barbecue this is the best. It is clean, the service is great and the food is high quality. If you have never tried Mongolian this is a great place to try it at, if you don’t like Mongolian don’t expect this place to convert you. If you like Mongolian, you will love this place. Pretty simple.

Our favorite Mongolian in the Treasure Valley. Nice workers; fresh ingredients. I have better luck when I let the grill people choose the sauce for me than when I do it myself.

Just not our cup or bowl of noodles. You get a sauce, but sometimes so much watered added there no taste. Will not be back.

Good selection. Exceptionally clean & well lit facility. Very friendly service. I agree with a previous Unilocal poster, they really need an ingredients menu for their sauces. Luckily I’ve been to MANY other area Mongolian restaurants, so I knew the routine & mixes.

The kids like to head over to Mongolian every few weeks. It’s not spectacular, but it’s consistently tasty and clean and the people are friendly. One room for improvement would be a «recipe» board I’ve seen in some Mongolian places with amounts and ingredients for different types of sauces. Makes it easier than just pouring a bit of this and that into your bowl. Their free pudding and jello is good for the kids, but I’m not a big fan — at least it’s free!

Some people don’t like the kitsch of a Mongolian BBQ, but I do. I love being able to mix up my own meal and my own sauces and have someone else cook it. Mongolian of Eagle is great. Located in a strip mall. It is the cleanest, brightest lit Mongolian BBQ restaurant I have been in. There is a wide selection of items to include in your meal. Beef, chicken, and pork. No lamb. Service is friendly and quick. Judging by the high schoolers in at lunch break, it is a very popular place. If you are in the area and interested in a quick, casual meal, this is the place to try.
