If I could give Fast Response zero, I would! Because that’s how many times they returned my calls and my landlord’s calls between Friday and Sunday. I have not had heat since Friday morning and they called me after business hours on Monday, telling me that they could not come to me after 4 o’clock. I froze my butt off all weekend and I was in the house all day but you wait till I go to work, a place where there is actually warmth and then suggest that I leave work? They definitely don’t offer emergency services, so don’t waste your time waiting. The customer service is awful as well. The person I spoke with this morning explained that since she was on vacation, there was no one to take my call. How professional! Then she suggested that we go with another company if their hours didn’t suit me. That is exactly what we plan to do.

Well, I apologize for the confusion, but since I hadn’t had a confirmation from you, the warranty company sent out another furnace repair company that showed up that same afternoon. Also, the warranty company told me that you said that you did try to contact me on that initial day, when your company did not. I do not appreciate the fact that I was being made out to be a liar. I would not go to so much trouble if someone from your company had told me they were going to be late or if they had called to reschedule. Finally, I had asked it 10am would be OK and you showed up around 10:45am. I just don’t know what to make of your company. Thank you for reaching out and trying but…

If you like having your A/C unit broken for over 2 months, contact Fast Response. Better yet — just call multiple times and leave messages because they never answer or return calls. We were assigned Fast Response by our home warranty company when our A/C unit stopped working. After multiple calls/messages left, missed appointments(after we took time from work,) and incomplete repairs, we requested that our home warranty company assign a competent A/C technician to repair our unit. When the new contractor checked our unit, another freon leak was located. Would have been nice if Fast Response would have caught that leak before requiring us to pay them to refill our unit with freon earlier that month. Avoid if you can! If your home warranty company assigns them to you, immediately request another contractor.

Worst experience I have ever had with a business. I was forced to use them because of home warranty but would NEVER recommend this company. The people scheduling appointments are incompetent. I had at least 16 different calls trying to schedule appointments after I had already confirmed an appointment time and they still showed up on the wrong day. This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with any service.

They advertise 24⁄7 response, but all I have been able to do is leave a message. No call back, and my HVAC is down in freezing temperatures. My home warranty(First American) contracts with this company and its taken three service calls so far with no lasting repair. Since they don’t call you back on anything, I have been unable to determine if the service tech even came to the house — I couldn’t wait but left the door open and a note –because it was too cold. No call and no repair in 24 hours. Scary. So far I have found them unreliable, not available and nonresponsive.
