Jack In the Box

Typically if I review Fast food there is a strong possibility that it’s going to get a 3 star review unless the mess something up, however this Jack in the Box is far from a 3 star rating and probably ranks at the bottom of the list when it comes to customer service. First this location is always painfully slow, drive thru or inside. Service is horrible, good luck getting your order and be sure to check it before leaving. I will say that the staff is friendly, however they clearly are understaffed and could use more training along with some leadership. The food here is just what you would expect from Jack in the Box, it’s the service that needs some serious improvements. Aside from that this location shares a building with an attached Phillips 66 Gas Station, and to get here you have to navigate through the gas station which can sometimes be frustrating. The drive thru is a cluster during peak hours resulting in long lines and people often getting in the way of those at the station.
Simply put, avoid this location like the plague, unless it’s a last resort which unfortunately it is for me at times.

SLOW SERVICE, NEVER going to get food ontime. I go to this jack in the box every day for breakfast on my 15 minute break, I go because it is close and it is incredibly close to my work. Everytime I order breakfast, usually for myself, occasionally for another person. IT always takes the Earthcity Jack in the box located on Rider trail over 15 minutes to get my food, I usually order a breakfast sandwich (just the breakfast sandwich) and sometimes tacos. They always tell me to pull forward when the food should be made to order. But it is not. the workers are always slow. I have been working at my job for over 6 months, that means every other day I go to JAck in the box located on rider trail, and everytime I go they are always (90% of the time) slow, and always tell me to pull forward and always take forever to make the food. This is unacceptable. When I go to Mcdonalds, my food is made to order. Now I like Jack in the box, because it is fresher food than Mcdonalds, but now I know never to go to this Jack in the box again for food ever again. IT is the slowest, the rudest, the worst service ever.

Apparently 2 o’clock is well past their lunch serving time… Because no one is working and you can’t get service
