Sat here and stared at my date for like 20 min. No one came and took our drink order so we bounced. Bye Felicia.

Staff was good and the food was typical Applebee’s. Nice atmosphere and the place was clean and not overly noisy. TV’s were tuned to a variety of stations instead of one game on all 10 sets. Would come back.

I was served raw chicken as part of the appetizer sampler. Management was professional and kind but I can’t return after such a dangerous and disgusting mistake.

I visited here last week and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. I just got dessert but it was excellent and the waitress was attentive and friendly. It is a little loud if you sit close to the bar but other than that it was very enjoyable!

Classic Applebee’s. Good deals on foods. Always love the wonton tacos. The 2 for $ 20 special basically gives you a free appetizer. Just wish they weren’t so strict on substitutions. Service here is very friendly and usually pretty quick. Lots of televisions with a good variety of sports to choose from. In my opinion, the only place to come for gameday. The new crosscut ribs are really good, but they need to run the all you can eat more often. The green goddess salad is one of the best salads around and a meal in itself. They have a large bar and the size of the mugs on those beers are huge. Although I don’t drink, this place looks appealing to those who do. They have a different soup every day, but the usual suspects are fine most if the time. Really good tortilla soup. And when it comes time for desert you’re usually too full, but the cinnamon Carmel bites are delicious.

Normally Applebee’s is ok. This visit; not so much. We were on our way for a movie outing and stopped at Applebee’s in Easley for dinner. My son ordered the salmon plate. I ordered a riblet basket. Both meals were disappointing. The salmon was over-cooked, the potato accompaniment underseasoned. He said it tasted like the fish had been frozen. The ribs were covered in so much sauce it was too much. The last rib had a funny taste. The manager came over and asked how things were. We needed to leave so my son told him fine and we just left. The staff is very friendly, but the meal was a bust. On our way to the car I became ill. We went home instead of going to the movie. For the next 4 hours I was deathly ill. What a shame. In years of patronizing Applebees this was a first. It will be a long while before I will feel that I will want to try this location again. My son said the chef was not on his game. I said it appeared there was no chef just a cook. Come on Applebees… You can do better!

The food was terrible. and I spent my whole meal listening to the staff(including the manager) talk about the worst STD you can get and beating the ass of one of the workers baby daddy. I will never come here again under any circumstance. They couldn’t pay me to come back. Just terrible.

Went out last night to grab a bite. For the most part, Applebee’s is very consistent. This location, in my experience, has a GREAT waitstaff, and a management team that backs it up. The food is consistently served at a good speed, and with rare exception, presented well. Last night, I had the Spinach and Berry salad with grilled chicken. It was excellent. Sometimes restaurants with go heavy on one ingredient, or another. This salad was almost a work of art. It started with a perfect bed of spinach. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and cut into nice pieces. Then the combination of strawberries, blueberries, blue cheese and pecans had a beautiful balance… one did not overpower the other. The strawberry vinaigrette dressing was nicely done… the perfect amount. Not a slight drizzle, not a drenching. Lovely. My husband had the 4 cheese macaroni with honey chicken. He said it was very good. However, a warning… apparently the mac and cheese leans to the spicy side. For my husband to say that something is REALLY spicy… it is. It appeared as tho there was a peppery sauce at the bottom that the mac and cheese, and then the chicken was layered on. FYI. Finally, if you have kiddos… in my opinion, the Applebee’s kids menu has the most extensive kids menu… period. They have about a dozen entrees to choose from, almost as many side items that offer many healthy options… and it includes their drink… yay! Now that I’ve given credit where credit is due… one item to mention… spend a little time and elbow grease cleaning. Specifically, the window blinds… you can write your name in the dust. Also, it might be the age of the finish on the tables, but the tables just feel icky and grimey… they need some attention. If it hadn’t been for the cleanliness issues I mentioned, I’d have given 5 stars… gotta go with 4 until they get some cleaning done.
