They found a way to mess up a chicken ceaser salad. This my local outback, and it is the worst. I really like this chain and eat it all over the country, this one gets the suck award. I keep trying it periodically over 3 years and there has been a steady decline. The service is good but the food gets an F

My daughter and I went at 5:45 pm on a Thursday it was not busy when we arrived however shortly after it got crowded. I ordered the sirloin and grilled shrimp with garlic butter which is a new option to add to your steak for $ 1. Thank goodness they forgot to put it on because they brought it out separately and it was awful. It was sour. Garlic butter should not be sour. My daughter ordered Alice Springs Chicken. We waited on bread for a very long time, it finally came with the salad . When the entrées came they were cooked perfect but my daughters fries were missing. She was informed they were being re cooked. We waited, she had finished eating when they arrived. The manager brought them and apologized and Offered her a free dessert, which she accepted. The fries were hot and yummy as was the cheesecake . It was great the manger was on top of what was going on . We will be back !

Bad experience every time. Poor quality in food and staff. We will go elsewhere. No more chances.

I have been to Outback 3 times within the past year and everytime has been very disappointing. On 2015 during Easter we decided to eat dinner there and we had a trainee server first day and she couldn’t do anything right. She apologized but the Mgr did nothing. We left as the food was all wrong. Summer 2015 we went back because of an invitation, well lucky us, another new server left unattended sweet, really nice but again the food came late or was put in late, we let it go. Again in the Fall 2015 we received another invitation to Outback from friends who like to go there, we had a nice guy but couldn’t keep up with how busy he was and no one was helping him. Our food came late and he apologized as usual and no Mgr ever approached to us to make it right. Definitely, now with so many options in Easley we are not going back to Outback.

The service is what really needs work at this place. I had to ASK for the bread, though it took me about 15 minutes to ask because the waitresses just wanted to stand in the back and chit chat. Same with the refills. I had to flag down a different waitress because ours never wanted to come around to check on us. Also, before you wrap up your silverware make sure the napkin itself is clean. If it was just a mark I wouldn’t of cared, but my napkin was FILTHY. I didn’t even want to sit it in my lap. As for the food it was average. Not bad but not good either. Way too expensive.

Outback is an old favorite with a new menu. On this new menu are fish tacos. I am hooked. I have been at least 5 times for the fish tacos. The fact that most Outbacks are now opened for lunch is also a plus.

The life of a traveling salesman brought me to another chain steakhouse. Overall, very pleased. My server attentive and friendly. My appetizer salad was good(it’s a basic salad). My steak, for a chain place, was solid. A little more fat than I like, but it’s not the end of the world. Plating, this happens a lot at chain steak places, was boring. Granted it was broccoli and steak, I’m not sure how you can sex it up. But if you look at the photo, it’s just a steak with some broccoli next to it. Not that big of a deal really. Luckily for me, I was able to walk here from my hotel, so that was a plus. So this outback, it’s an outback, it gave me exactly what I expected.

We have gone to several Longhorn Steakhouses, and the food at this one is by far the best. We have always gone as a group of 8 or more and received great service and our meal in a timely manner. I don’t know why the one on Woodruff isn’t as good as this one — it’s closer for us — but we will stick with this one as our go-to Longhorn. Flo’s Filet can’t be beat.

Tried the blooming petal. Which is an onion pulled apart. It was ok, but a whole lot crispier than I wanted. 9oz original sirloin ordered medium. It arrived more on the rare side. Don’t care for blood on the plate. Overall an okay meal

The only reason why we went is because we were given a gift card. First time around, the food was good but the service was poor. My salad came out, like it should before the meal, but my wife’s soup never did. We couldn’t ask about it because NOONE checked up on the food that was brought out by a server that wasn’t our waiter. Then, the food came, still no soup, so she offered to put it in a «to go» container. But at that time, I realized my side of broccoli wasn’t on the plate. Strike 2. I had to wait nearly 10 more minutes before the soup«to go» arrived to ask about the broccoli. Meanwhile, we had asked 3 times for straws and never had our waters or my wife’s coke refilled. I had enough so I discussed our issues with the manager(especially since everyone else in the area was having issues too) and she comped the entire meal. So we went back for Round 2. This time, we had a server who was very attentive and personable. But again, their system is broke, because he’s not the one who brings the food. So the person who does, doesn’t know what’s going on. The appetizer came out, but then my salad never did, but our meal arrived. Again, the meal was tasty(overpriced for frozen pop it in my microwave stuff), but good. The same waitress as before asked would I like it «boxed up to go»… NO! a TOGO Salad the next day would be a soggy mess! — Enough is enough, the system is broken here, we won’t be back!

I was concerned due to the 3 ½ stars but we went anyways. The service from Morgan was awesome and the food was great.

Service the day after(½/13) their sponsored football bowl was awful. At 5:15 pm they had 10 unused tables due to lack of wait staff while running an hour wait. After waiting 75 minutes, the service was slow and chaotic, errors were made on the wait list in taking people in the correct order, people seated after us had meals served before us. You would think they would have expected a crowd and been prepared. Food was OK but I won’t be in any hurry to return to this restaurant.

I’ve been to this Outback several times with usually good results. This Friday was no different. As with most restaurants in Easley you better get there before 6 or you will wait forever. The food was worth the wait, salad was fresh, house dressing is mustard vinaigrette and it is great. Steak was cooked well but just a little over seasoned. I will get the wood fired version next time because it is seasoned less. The service was very good. We had to return my daughters food and they fixed the problem very quickly.
