Overall, its a good place to live. Probably the most expensive within 10 mi radius(excluding other properties from the same company), but it also have the best conditions and amenities. –Pros Nice staff, great environment, pet friendly, business center, gym, etc. There is a nice pool right behind the leasing office. If price is not a factor for you, live here. –Cons One thing I am not very happy about is their worry-free lease — it is simply just not worry free. I was trying to take advantage of job transfer early termination, and here are select terms: a) you have to live here for at least 5 months for a normal 12-month lease; b) only SAME employer transfer would be eligible; c) 60 days notice prior to move out required; d) one month rent required as liquidated damages if you lived in the same unit for less than 3 years; e) you need to make up all the discounts you have received during during the period, whether its employer discount or any promotions; f) tenants are responsible for all cost of painting, shampooing, and redecoration if you live here for less than 8 months; g) you cannot move out during November, December, January, and February. The idea for early move-out is convenient, but there are just too many conditions that makes me feel that they would like to squeeze very penny out of your pocket before you leave. Garages($ 95/mo) are not wide enough… generally impossible to have both side of your doors wide open… I have a wrangler, so i have never even bothered asking…

This is a great place to live! The office staff is friendly and very helpful. They have a movie library that is always well stocked. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. They always have a lifeguard on duty which provides piece of mind for parents or young children. The 24 hour fitness facilities are also kept clean and I feel like this is a very safe place to live. Snow removal in the winter is also prompt and they have some community activities to help you meet your neighbors.
