Walked in and walked out. They didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we were there. When I asked for a pedicure they asked if I wanted a mani too, I said no and they said they were closed. I will never go back.

When we walked in we ended up just leaving. No one acknowledged us and it was very uncomfortable.

If you would like to go to a nail salon that doesn’t rush you out the door and gives you a quality manicure, Mystique is your Spa! I was a regular nail client of a competing salon and got tired of being overcharged (from listed prices) and being so rushed with mani/pedi’s I didn’t feel I had a ‘spa-​like’ experience. Try Mystique, you will be pleasantly surprised at the quality of the manicure’s. Their English is terrific (I wish I could speak another language as well), and the surroundings are a step above the other East Amherst nail salons, both in décor and cleanliness!

This is first review that I have ever written about any business. I was very disappointed with the experience that I shared with the owner of the business tonight. I came into the salon last week to have a mani/​pedi. I had the pedicure completed first and then had gel manicure and even after an hour of waiting for my manicure to finish, I placed socks later on in the evening and it destroyed my entire nail.
I went to the salon later the next week to discuss this and discuss the appointment that I had booked previously for my wedding party for next month. The owner saw no such appointment made for me. I discussed my concern because of my lost appointment and ruined nails and the owner became extremely confrontational with me. He raised his voice, was argumentative and defensive when I just trying to see if they could work with the large bridal party that I would have coming in. He continue to argue with me. It became so embarrassing and uncomfortable that I told him to forget the reservation and left. I have never had any business speak to a me the customer this way in the entire life and especially for the owner to have this behavior was extremely disappointing. The only good thing was that this occurred a month before my wedding so I have plenty of time to find another salon that would be willing to work with me.
I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will not be returning there.

Wife and I went here for pedicures as our feet were wrecked from a busy summer with the kids. I’ve had one pedicure before from Capello’s, down the street, and was really impressed with how great my feet ended up so I was looking forward to this. Our pedicurists were nice, but they were obviously rushed and just going through the motions. For $ 50 per person I was expecting more than about 30 minutes, but figured as long as my feet were in good shape maybe it would be worth it. Unfortunately, it looks like my feet didn’t have a pedicure at all — I still have a ton of calluses, and so does my wife. The $ 50 pedicure was an absolute waste of money in my opinion. I paid the same amount at Capello’s and had smooth heals for months. Oh well… live and learn.

Absolutely amazing. Great staff. I brought my bridal party here for mani/pedi’s and they took us after hours to accomodate. It was a very nice, fun, and relaxing experience. just what we needed!

First of all… this review is taken from the perspective of my wife. Though I don’t mind an occasional mani/​pedi I never got one from here. The place is clean and the staff friendly. My wife seemed relatively pleased but commented that places in Korea are much better. My assumption here is that the detailing aspect of applying nail polish and such can use some improvement. The prices seem to be fair. Also, the map is wrong. This place is next to the post office on the west side of Transit, south of French.

The map of this place is totally wrong, even though the address is correct. This nail salon is located in the plaza next to Tops on Transit and North French in East Amherst, not Lockport.
Anywho… Came here with my mom to get pedis. The nail tech did a great job! Everything was clean. The ambiance was spa-​like and newly renovated.
We will definitely be back in the future! Happy that such a quality nail salon exists just around the corner from home.
