Came for a spur of the minute pedicure with a friend who wanted to get her nails done as well. They were very accommodating considering how close to closing time we came in. I was especially surprised that when even more customers showed up after us they still welcomed them in. I got the $ 28 dollar run of the mill no fuss no muss pedicure and it came out lovely, no complaints. I will definitely go back.

I had gel nails applied. The shape was off & they were very thick. I was in a rush so I paid and left. After examining them when I got home I was really unhappy with the job they had done. They didn’t shape around the nail or clean up the cuticles, I called and they told me to come back, they tried to talk me into just having them reshape them but the other nail tech said no they need to come off completely they weren’t applied properly. I asked the man who appears to be the manager for a refund because I was so unhappy with what was done, not to mention my nails underneath are now damaged. I waited over two weeks to hear back I called back several times and was given the run around when the nail tech finally did call me back she was incredibly rude and wouldn’t give me a solution to the problem, at that point I asked if they’d be willing to even offer me a gift card for half the cost of the gel nails. She refused and said no there was no solution and too bad for me. I asked for a manager she claimed he was off for an unknown amount of time. I asked for an owner if they might be able to call me, she claimed they didn’t have an owner. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

Very friendly staff. They do a nice job & I like the fact I can go there without them up selling a product or treatment.
