Wow went for a quick treat at 8:50p and the kids already locked the door. I know where I won’t be going ever again.

I have never had a negative experience here. Very sweet staff and great product. Short wait time but I am an early bird. Very nice value.

Fun fact: I witnessed a staff blowout while trying to eat some breakfast and work. Staff members were screaming at each other, the manager was instigating arguments, and customers were completely neglected or spoken to with rudeness and impatience. Not to mention — they were stocked on blueberry bagels only.

Fine Dunkin in East Aurora. Easy parking lot. Many tables. Has a Baskin Robbins as well. One of those combined deals.
Sadly very slow service for the am crowd. Need more staff for these complicated orders that come in. I really think DD should have a two line system in the am for the «regular coffee» drinkers.
