Their systems are so outdated that nobody knows how to use them. I have had 2 bad experiences with the front end manager, a short cubby young girl with dark hair. Both times the register had a problem that she couldn’t fix and sent me to another resister. Last time I had and entire cart of merchandise already bagged and I asked if someone was going to help me since I already loaded and unloaded it twice and she said«NO» and walked away. Ugh!!! I live across the street and will never be going back! That girl is terrible and her managers should watch some video of her performance, but i’m sure they won’t. Their VCR is probably broken.

Eh… I only come here if I reaaaaally have to. On this occasion, I needed a flannel shirt and I know Kmart has a bunch, reasonably priced. Found what I was looking for, but didn’t have my size. They offer brands such as Selena Gomez, Nikki Minaj and Adam Levine. I guess, if you’re into that? The only thing I really could buy here are pajamas! Huge selection and cheaper than Target. Walmart is a better option. Especially now that it’s on EB

I miss when Kmart was kmart and not part of sears. The prices used to be affordable and selection was decent. Now its terrible. Even toilet paper is overpriced. I went in to get a pair of shoelaces for a pair of boots. One little tiny section and didn’t even, have size I needed. I asked employee if they had them anywhere in store and she brings me back to display. I asked if they had larger lengths for boots. Her reply was these are boot laces and points to pair of boots with six holes I told her i need 10 or more. She looked confused and said these are boot laces. I said they’re not long enough. She got snippy and told me again these are boot laces. I shook my head and walked away. They wanted almost $ 4 for a pair. Really? Back to Wal-Mart I go. Prices are obscene. I usually try not to go there in less I have too but never have what I need and if they do its not worth what they are charging.

The only reason I ever go here is when I don’t have time to go the WalMart which is a bit longer of a drive. This place should be ashamed of itself. Rarely, do I see people working the floors. Place is outdated, disorganized, too cramped for shopping carts in the clothing sections, surprisingly overpriced for the reputation it has, no attendants seen in dressing room, and parking lots a bit awkward.
