Overall price was good for me but two things I should share with other upcoming customers.
1) During the contract at the office, a staff forced me to buy unnecessary stuff. And it doesn’t look like that value. Just a thin vinyl cover, maybe 2 – 3 dollar value but it was $ 8.9. I declined to buy it but forced me to. I didn’t want to get into the figthing mode and didn’t want to ruin the nice saturday so I just paid. I’m not sure whether it was the company’s sales strategy to force customer to buy the stuff. Or just local storage’s business tactic to generate more revenue?
2) Storage unit loation was the most difficult spot on the 2^nd floor I got even though I asked to assign me one close to the stairs. But decliened and got one in the very middle.

Long time renter. For the past 7 months (Sept — April) an amazing 7 out of 8 lights in the row where my unit is located have been burnt out rendering it completely useless at night. I have called, written and pleaded for it to be fixed. They just don’t care.

Very friendly staff. Must admit they were very helpful. Needed to keep my stuff there only for a month. No contract, fair pricing, and it was extremely easy to move my stuff out and close up my membership with them. Def. recommend.
