They not deserve one star. This is a very very anrpofechinal conpany. I call because I get a coupon in the mail, and we’re moved from another state, and kitchen tile floors was very dory. So i tod world be nise to have my flore clean, a specially it was a good price. So they’re come to my house and give me a price 350 dollars for my kitchen. I asked what abaut the coupon, they told me it isn’t int for tiles. Ok Then i ask if they can come down on the price. Yes, they did 250 dollars .I made a decision to do it. I would not mine to pay for a good job but this was horrible. Not only they did not do a good job, the employee damp a dory water whis chemicals in my brand new kitchen sink .On this point we’re very despondent and very abseid. Busy time right before Christmas December 19^th 2015 We call a different company what absolutely amazing and very professional. It was no words they come and ask me when this serves was done. I make a picture #1 how my floor was looking write after the GC INDUSTRIAL CLENING ON EAST DUNDEE IL finished. And the picture #2 how it look after oder company finished. I did call GC INDUSTRIAL CLENING COMPANY and ask for my money back. They refuse refund 250 dollars. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY BODY. T.R.

I called based off a coupon I received in the mail for $ 7.95 per duct or return and free dryer vent cleaning. The man on the phone said that he wanted to tell me that there might be a $ 29.95 additional fee if the main trunk needed cleaning but that would be assessed while they were there. He didn’t want me to feel like there were surprise fees. I had counted my 11 vents and returns and estimated the cost before the guy showed up.
By the time the man had shown up, walked my house, and hand written out the bill it was $ 460.84. He said that my allergies and asthma made it NECESSARY to have all these extra things added to my bill including sanitizing and sealing.
Needless to say we did not pay the $ 400+ and called the office ourselves while the man was cleaning the vents to express the «bait and switch» that was going on.
Do not use this company unless you plan on paying 3x or more what you were quoted. They add additional services and necessities on the minute they walk through your door.

When making appointment for 7÷8÷2015, I was quoted $ 45 plus tax to have my sofa cleaned. End result when the workman arrived was $ 145 including tax. Person in office who made quote denied she told me that cleaning our sofa would cost $ 45 and that she could provide a recording to prove that. Never called to provide recorded conversation. Because of the time constraints I was under, I had to take their deal or not have my sofa cleaned in time for my guests arrival of the next day. Fellow who came to clean my sofa was polite and did a good job — would never recommend them due to their dishonest way of doing business.
