I have used cloud nine many times before but it is a much different business now! The most unprofessional horrible service I have ever received. I think it is now a one man operation. I tried to reconcile and he argued with me and I gave up. I did ask for him to use a specific product (that we have used successfully before) since I have a reaction to chemicals and he used another product instead. He cleaned the carpet (unsuccessfully) while we were away and never called to tell me that the product didn’t work. I called him back the first time and he said that he would come back and clean again with his standard process. He called back and said he was sick and couldn’t make it. I called back weeks later to ask if he would come back and fix his work and he said that it wouldn’t work and argued until I decided that was enough! I would think twice if I was to use this company!!!

Last week we had a major sewage backup and our entire basement was covered and we called Charles about 9pm. The next morning he was here with a crew ready to clean up. They did a great job! They were fast, friendly and professional. My basement was totally clean by the end of the day and they even relit my pilot light and set my washer and dryer back in place so I could start washing clothes again! I would definitely recommend Cloud Nine Systems for your flood clean up needs, they were great to work with. Thanks!

I called yesterday and they fit me in the schedule and came today! I’d used Cloud Nine before and was so thankful they fit me in ASAP because I am having a bunch of people over and my carpets were dirty and my couches were filled with dog drool and dog prints. Two guys came and cleaned the carpets and couches — they did a great job and I would definitely use them again.
