We were seated and immediately noticed a disgusting odor from(I assume) the carpet. An aroma so foul we looked at one another and immediately left the restaurant. My wife and I enjoy Longhorn, but it will take a lot to get us back in this one!!!

This place is always so crowded and. I can’t for the life of me figure out why! Maybe because there’s aren’t enough sit down restaurants in this town. When you walk in it smells sour l think it was the carpet. They had nothing on the menu the food was not up to par as other Longhorns I’ve eaten in. Also the place was filthy, the lobby walls need to be cleaned bad. The franchise needs to come and straighten them out. It’s our second visit and our last.

This is absolutely the WORST LongHorn on the planet! I love LongHorn overall but this one needs a good staff training. The customer service sucks. Food times are terrible. The manager is a clueless twit. I waited a week before posting this. — I am still pissed about the visit. Why can’t I ever get delicious food and decent service at this location? Is this location so far away that Darden doesn’t go out and check how things a going? This location is always busy. But none of my neighbors have ever said that they enjoy going there. Get your act together. If you are staff working here. Start doing your job! You should be striving for 100% Customer Satisfaction.

The food was OK, but it’s amazing how slow the service was. We were here for lunch on a weekday and it wasn’t crowded at all. Even with that, the hostess didn’t show up to seat us for about 5 minutes, then our waitress didn’t speak to us for another 5 minutes. By the time my soup and sandwich arrived, we had been there about 45 minutes. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this place. I love longhorns but trust and believe I will never eat at this location again till I see some better reviews. This was the worst service I had ever had in my life and I mean at any place. I could have gone to waffle house and had better service than I got here. It was so bas that I didn’t send my over cooked steak back scared the girl might spit in it.

Long horn steak tastes better than what you pay. And seriously, you don’t have any room for dinner anyways, because your whole party just ate a bread basket worth of yeast rolls… EACH.

Did not feel like a steak so I ordered the baby back ribs. Not real good. Very fatty way over cooked. I think they boil them and finish on the grill. Will not be ordering again. Everyone else enjoyed their meal though and the service was very good.
