This was my first TRX experience and I loved it. I have been working out almost everyday over the past six weeks(post surgery) and this is the best workout I have done. Linda(the owner) is an amazing instructor and took the time to explain how to use the equipment and did a great job of integrating experience class participants with new ones. The class worked the entire body, added cardio, induced a good sweat while not over tiring. I wish she had a class in NYC. **although I definitely recommend this class to people that work out. This is not a class for couch potatoes.

This class is one of my favorite ways to start the day! Linda, the owner, has an energy and spirit that inspire and make you want to work as hard as you can. The classes vary as does the music so the workouts never gets boring. The other instructors are also challenging and add diversity to working out with TRX, weights, cords, and balls. This is a great cardio workout combined with strength and light weights. I always leave satisfied that I trained my body as if I just had a personal training session.

I just took an introductory /beginner level TRX class through classpass with Linda. I have a herniated disc and am trying to get back my strength so I was very nervous to start taking classes, and I feel so fortunate that I happened to sign up for this class with Linda. Linda asked me specifically about all my injuries and took them into account throughout my time with her. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and I got a serious workout without once worrying about whether or not I was going to get hurt. As someone who was once an athlete and has a lot of experience with physical therapy, Linda is clearly well educated on the the body and how to teach TRX in a way that safe and intense at the same time. Absolutely love this place. Every workout is challenging. Engages all muscle groups plus a good dose of cardio. Linda and her staff do a great job. Studio is clean, music great and workout always kick-ass!

I run and do barre classes at least 5 – 6 times a week and the day after my first TRX class I am the sore-est I have been in a long time! Linda was an excellent, hands on instructor who was extremely helpful for a first timer like myself. Definitely would recommend this class for those looking for a challenge! I will definitely be back as much as possible!
