Slowest service I’ve ever had. I had to wait 1hr to get my check after asking for it. Not to mention the ½hr waits between sitting down, ordering drinks, and ordering food. Don’t understand how this place is still running

Found nothing bad in this experience. I give credit to the male bartender working tonight. Granted there’s only 8 parties that I see from my viewpoint with an additional few that I probably can’t see. But that means that usually workers slow down. But not here. He’s quick. And he turns into a host and a waiter for tables not even in the bar area. Awesome job. Besides the great service he is providing by keeping a good demeanor and moving nonstop, the margarita is well done and thumbs up to the chef who made my steak exactly medium rare. Keep up the good work guys! Thanks for making my experience great while killing some time.

Came here for lunch and it was okay, I got a burger & bf just got a desert which we shared Although it wasn’t that busy, our food did take some time to arrive & it was a bit mixed up. Besides that everything else went alright.

Love Chili’s! For a chain they really do pull it off. Consistently good apps and mains. Good, friendly service too. This particular one is located next to a Macaroni Grill so on the weekends the parking lot is PACKED!!! You will wait for a table too. Usually around 20 – 30 min on the weekends. They do have excellent burgers and apps. My favorite is the guacamole burger with smoked apple wood bacon. The boneless buffalo wings are outstanding! Huge burritos!

5 stars again because they have better staff. I took a party of 7 and they substituted all the chicken out for what we wanted and didn’t give me a hard time about it. Staff was so nice and food was great as always!

I’ve stopped here for lunch a couple of times because it’s convienient, but it’s also mass chaos at this time. It’s not that they are that busy, but they never have enough staff. The last time, one guy was serving nearly every table, and three others were standing around texting and goofing off. The restaurant was dirty and tables hadn’t been bussed. It was pretty gross!

Once again tried to give them a second chance and here we go epic fail call, make a order, talk to that guy and he confirms what I order! I go in there 20 minutes later since he promised it be done in 15 and they don’t even have the order I’m tired I will not be coming back here again Chili’s you blow it again!!!

I love Chili’s, but this location can literally NEVER get the to-go orders right, and the service in the bar area can be terrible sometimes.

We waited maybe 2 minutes to be seated since the restaurant had opened only a short time earlier. Our greeter was friendly and took our drink order right away. Our server was attentive and on the ball. Our food was pretty good, for sure. My husband got the steak & chicken fajitas and was happy. I got a simple grilled chicken salad off the lighter fare part of the menu and was pleased to eat it all. It was lightly seasoned but that was fine with me, no overpowering lemon or vinegar. The only slight drawback to the experience was an «old» smell that permeated the building. Bathrooms were clean. A nice lunch & the Ziosk is a unique mini video game idea for at the table.

Have not been here during my Unilocaling years. Chili’s has changed a great bit. The menu has added many additions over the years. Granted it’s been about 6 years since been to a Chili’s. But the menu has a variety of food now. Sat in the bar because there was a waiting list. Bar seating is no big deal for me. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will say it took about 30 minutes to get food once ordered. That was a long time even for a crowed place. I had the trio appetizers. Chicken Crisp, burger sliders and egg rolls. Prepared well and filling. Not to loud even for a Saturday night crowd. I’ll be back.

This Chili’s location has it DOWN. Upon entering the place, my wife and I were seated rather quickly. As we were walking in, we noticed every seating area had the«Ziosk» personal machines — this turned out to be fantastic. We ordered a meal a la Mexican — enchilada, black beans, salsa, and a soft taco for myself. They did a great job with the food; everything was cooked right, flavored nicely. The waitress was attentive and brought us our beverages quickly. My real delight with this location was the Ziosk — you can’t order your full meals yet, but you can do apps and certain drinks. What I liked the most was that you could pay the check through the machine — so we had paid for our meal without waiting minutes for the waitress to come see us, go get the check, bring it back, and wait for change/signature. The Ziosk machine eliminated the middle man and so much time — it was great. I have to give Chili’s a good rating — they did a solid job, the food was pretty damn good, and the service was also solid.

I just went to this location with my family and I must say, none of us were very pleased with our experience. The silverware that was not covered in watermarks(which is just a pet peeve of mine even though its fine) was coated in specks of food from previous customers. The plates were the same way. Not a very good first impression. When my dad handed the silverware with food caked on to our waitress she tried to say it was just water marks. She took it of course, but it’s just not a comment I would make. The Texas Fries were great, but that was really the only highlight. My dad enjoyed his dinner. My brother’s buffalo ranch sandwich was a bit«bland» in his opinion. My mom ordered a fajita– well, it’s a lot of plates for a little table. Her beans, as well as all the food on the sizzling plate was surprisingly cold. My spicy shrimp tacos were not as spicy as I had hoped, and whatever sauce it came with was filled ¼ of the way in its cup-enough for one taco. I also believe that the tortillas they were served in were stale. At first I couldn’t tell if it was just strangely cooked, but it was not all over the tortilla, it was just tough(not browned at all) around the outer inch. It was just not the kind of dinner we expected to have on our night out, and we’ll most likely not be returning to this particular location.

It’s not the worst place I have been, but is definitely the worst Chili’s. First, This place needs a new water filter for tap water. It tastes rusty. We order the $ 20 for two. It is hard to describe the Crispy Onion & Jalapeño Stack appetizer. Have you ever seen a handful of tried rubber bands. The difference in our plate is that all the rubber bands were broken in pieces with jalapeño. I lifted one of them to the waiter. When he saw the falling crust with dripping oil, he asked«Is is too greasy for you? I can get you another one». «NO, THANKYOU!!» One waitress and a seemingly manager came greeted our table, which is nice. However, I don’t think their«Is everything good?» means anything. As when I lift my head and tried to have eye contact, they were already turn to the next table. Maybe it is the reason they couldn’t hear my complaint in the first place. The place is clean though, like all other Chili’s.

A hit-or-miss place for sure. Can’t beat the $ 35 dinner for 2 with margaritas, appetizer, entrees and dessert . Service is sometimes awesome, sometimes abysmal. When the service is awesome, a manager always seems to come by to check on things. When the service sucks, no manager in sight. Hmmm. They have a tablet on all the tables now. Unlimited games for 99 cents. You can order drink refills(not the free ones!) and dessert, pay your check etc… Roll the dice and give it a shot. You won’t, or might, be disappointed

This review is only for this particular restaurant and not the entire chain. I usually give Chili’s 2 or 3 stars but this place is sub-par. I’ve been here more than a few times now. It used to be somewhere we would hit up if no one felt like cooking but after the last time, we decided it was finally time to take this chain off our list… permanently. First, the service is spotty at best. There’s never a hostess at the stand waiting to take your name and if there is, they act like it’s not their job and they don’t know what to do. The waiters are all hit or miss. Some are moderately attentive while others are just out to lunch and never check on you after your food comes out. Then the food. Urgh. I know it’s a chain and I know not to expect to be blown away but at least they could TRY to imitate a STANDARD of food that other Chili’s are putting out. We always get the chips and salsa, in every Chili’s, no matter what. We’ve gotten them here 3 times now and the chips are always over salted. You can’t chug water, though. What if your waiter doesn’t come back to fill up your glass? The last few times we were here one of us has gotten some kind of grilled chicken. Whether it be in fajitas or a breast, it lists on the menu that it’s supposed to be GRILLED. You know, like over high heat with a nice sear/char on the outside and a slightly smokey taste? No. Even on the chicken fajitas the chicken comes out like it’s been boiled and slapped on the plate. This is the only Chili’s I’ve ever been to that does this and it’s super off-putting. Save your money and head next door to Macaroni Grill.

First of all, this place is hard to get to. The New Jersey roundabouts are ridiculous and you might end up doing a u-turn instead of pulling into the restaurant if you aren’t careful. Anyways, the restaurant is a basic Chili’s. The food is good and the prices are not bad. I’ve normally had a good experience every time I’ve come here. However, the most recent time was awful. I came with one other person and saw lots of empty tables, yet was told we had to wait 10 minutes. Once we were seated, the server refused to let me use a free chips and salsa special from FourSquare. His reasoning was that it could be fake and not actually Chili’s approved. Weird. Then, he was extremely absent throughout our whole meal. We waited for ever to get the chips and salsa we decided to pay for. Then, another server had to give us refills and bring us our food. We had no idea were our assigned server was. Once we were done eating, we had to wait a ridiculously long time for our check and only got it after calling over another server to go get ours. When our server did not return to pick up the check for at least 15 minutes, we left the money on the table and walked out. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

Over the years I have come to realize Chili’s is not one of the better chain restaurants I have been to. Their quality of food has been going downhill. They have a good 2 for $ 20 promo going on. They even have a $ 35 promo as well where you get margarita’s as well. Both try to cater to the casual eater. On my last visit the burgers lacked the quality I once remembered. They also were cheap on the fries which the server apologized for but nonetheless they weren’t all that great either. The service was better than expected(based on previous reviews). Prices are inexpensive if you take advantage of their promo’s. Food quality is average chain quality.

I started going here with my family on a weekly basis for some odd reason, but the food was really good. I never remember it being this good so perhaps there was a reorganization in the company. I usually get the smoked salmon. It is really tasty and good and you have a few healthy side options(although most is fried). If you want to be healthy, you can definitely find something to eat and substitute things. The service is great and everyone is extremely nice.
