My Dell XPS tower finally gave up the ghost. Coach said it was the power supply that needed replacement. He knew that I needed access to my financial records in-​order to do my taxes. When he came to my house to pick up the ailing computer, something I was truly amazed by, he brought an HP laptop loner and cloned the hard drive of my Dell. While he waited for the new power supply he discovered some problems with my motherboard. He very candidly told me that the cost of repair would not be worth it for a 10 year old computer. He then recommended several laptops as an inexpensive option that I could by at Amazon or Best Buy. His honesty and «above and beyond» work ethic is a truly rare thing these days. He only charged me for one hour of labor. Another rare thing. I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He is also an interesting man to talk with. Just meeting him was worth the experience of an untimely computer crash.

I had my old Dell Xps 1530 taken there with a fried mobo and the dell power adapter. Got that replaced for $ 150 .The laptop mobo again got fried within 10 days, took it back they told the adapter was broken and sending high voltage, and they cannot do anything about it and also they won’t support further since I bought my own replacement mobo. They were also pretty rude on my second visit .Why the hell they didn’t check the adapter the first time I took the laptop .I lost the whole service money + mobo cost even after taking it back within 15 days. Had to throw away the laptop.

Caught a mega computer virus on my laptop that I could not remedy. Didn’t want to wait weeks for the Geek squad so I stopped by Randolph Computer. The staff was friendly and knowledgable, fixed my laptop and added additional memory all within 24 hrs and all for a very reasonable price. After I picked up my laptop I got a call the next day asking how it was working — now that’s true service! All my computer issues will now be handled by RCS.
