Terrible service. Work across the street and go in there often and there is always the same girl with the same terrible attitude. She clearly either is tired of working in customer service or has no experience.

Always a quick in and out and they just seem to get my coffee absolutely perfect every time. I love consistency so this a good Dunkin for that.

Worst. Coffee. Ever. I would give the place zero stars if possible. I never go here, and I never will again. I was passing by and needed a coffee fix, so I stopped in to try the dark roast. I entered to see a long line and empty shelves. The coffee was not made yet and it was 8:00 in the morning! The shelves and the cases looked dirty and haven’t been cleaned in some time. When I did get my coffee, they had mixed the dark roast with regular to fill the cup! It tasted awful and metallic. How do you screw up coffee at dunkin donuts? Never again. That will teach me to stray from my favorite coffee shops.

There is a distinct «burnt» or «old» taste in the coffee. I feel like they just pour the old coffee in with the new pots. I’m not sure what they are doing different but, after the 5th time in a row of bad coffee, I think i’m giving up. This used to be the best place to get coffee in East Islip.

In contrast to the other 2 reviews, I’d say that their service is okay. No, not exactly five star but at least three. The staff is friendly and courteous and I’ve had no issues so far with the food. It’s too cold still for iced tea, but their hot beverages seem on point. I wish there was more room to sit though.

Pros: it’s quiet.
Cons: the guy making my coffee does not know what «light» means. My mom’s coffee was near undrinkable. And my muffin was under baked– the top looked fine but as soon as I tried to peel the wrapper off it just collapsed into a pile of chocolate chips and mushy half-​baked batter.

I normally never had a problem until last week when I went and bought an Iced Tea. There was something black and floating on the bottom… could have been a tea leaf but still… manager (girl) on duty who was wiping the bathroom and counters goes around and «curtly» says I will just make you a new one WITHOUT washing her hands!!! After she gives it to me, I just looked at her and left. She never even felt like she did anything wrong. I gave up… shook my head and left.
Nice attitude honey! I hope someone gives YOU or your family salmonella!!!
